Elegant Home with Lovely Gardens in West Seattle

This house was amazing and spacious enough. The kitchen is immaculate and the washer and dryer proved to be a great bonus for us. We came to celebrate a graduation and it was just what we needed!! We are from the East Coast and we came during a heat wave so be mindful the home can run warm, however there is plenty of shade outdoors. Highly recommend.

The owner was great helping us store our luggage before check-in/cleaning which helped a lot. Great place for a group. 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small living area with couch and a kitchenette/fridge downstairs. Upstairs (main level) one large bedroom with desk and lounge chair and a bathroom. The only item that was not optimal was that there is a guest house and someone checked into that while we were there, so you don't have as much privacy just a porch with some chairs when that happens. BUT if you have a large group or want some separation, ask the owner about renting the 2bed/1 bath guest house in the backyard also. LOCATION and PRICE were amazing for our group, and everyone had a bedroom so that was perfect! We LOVED staying here.

The house was lovely and spacious, with enough room for everyone in our family to gather or to have privacy throughout our stay. Easy parking and access to transit was a plus, centrally located to many local attractions and amenities! Check in and check out was simple, exactly what one hopes for on a vacation. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Seattle and would be pleased to stay again!

Wow! I was shocked at how close this house is to downtown (10 minute drive or so) without being downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Great parking. Plenty of space. The upstairs shower was as steam shower...loved it!! The place was clean and so useable for our family of six. And the price was great! The owner was really responsive to me when I could not figure out the front door key pad (doh...my bad). I would 100% recommend this house if you are coming to Seattle.

Very nice home for a weekend stay

Easily accessible, communicative, and clean

We had a great stay, the landscaping was fantastic, the house was great location and roomy and well appointed. We loved it.

We enjoyed this house very much. My 91yr old mother was able to comfortably enter and exit the house without problem even with her walker. The kitchen was big enough. Very spacious for ten people. We will recommend this place to family and friends visiting Seattle in the future. We also plan to visit again and we would love to stay here if available. Thank you

The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. My group and I were really happy with our stay overall. The deck/balcony was lovely too. Our only concern was finding a few ants in the kitchen and downstairs, but it was nothing too bad. The host was also responsive and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great, clean house in a good location.

The house was perfect for our small group. We loved the large kitchen table that we could gather around to play games. The garden out back is lovely. The house was clean and as described. The kitchen was full of all the amenities to make a large meal. The refrigerator is HUGE (I'm so jealous!) as is the stove/oven. Would stay again.

This was by far one of the best homes we stayed at in Seattle when visiting family. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful home with everything you need and we felt safe in the area. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host was kind and helpful and the check-in/check-out process was simple and straightforward.

A clean, comfortable place with plenty of room, a great deck and backyard, that has most everything you will need.

Our stay was wonderful. We were 4 adults and 3 kids. Each couple, and two kids had their own rooms, with one staying on a couch bed in the adults room. The home was lovely and really spacious and we would definitely book again. We loved the living room and kitchen space. The fridge is humongous. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and happy for the extra's that were provided like the coffee in the morning! The gardens in the front and back are just lovely. Drinking coffee on the balcony was very relaxing looking over the back garden.The host provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The area is in a nice neighbourhood and if you're fit, you can walk to it from the bus stop (which takes you right downtown). It was convenient and quiet and would definitely stay again!

Home was very clean and in a nice location. Host was very responsive to questions. Our only complaint is it lists having AC, but there is only one small AC in the living room. That means the bedrooms get pretty warm at night, although they did all have windows which helped.

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked fine. The owners quickly responded to questions. The location is convenient to the airport and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. Clost to lots of activities. We will stay here again on our next visit.

We traveled in a big group, so this place has accommodated us perfectly! There were 4 bedrooms and each one was spacious. The place is well kept and had a very nice backyard with a balcony if you want to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, it was a great place that we will consider booking again.

This property was all that we need for our family of 8. Very nice and comfortable and kids loved the master bathroom! Very lovely. Definitely will come back if we visit Seattle in the future.

A nice home close to all the things. I should have read closer but soon learned there was no A/C. Wasn’t a huge issue, just got pretty warm as the sun was setting. Overall a very comfortable house with room for plenty of people.

Bring your camera, the Japanese gardens are inviting.

The house is clean and very nice upstairs' kitchen/bathroom. Check in/out was smooth as can be. Plenty of amenities for our stay. There is another rental on the property: the detached garage is a a separate rental property so the backyard was shared at times. That didnt bother us at all but something helpful to know.
