Elegant Dream Home w/ Luxurious Living Spaces, Full Kitchen, & Wraparound Porch

As advertised. Excellent condition and only a short walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We loved the location, the house, and the fact that everything is walkable! The only thing that was missing is a beach umbrella, which is truly needed.

I loved the home and loved the location but I give the owners three stars for hiring the cheapest possible management company they could fine. It was completely automated and when we finally got a hold of somebody they were rude and zero help. I also recommend getting a hair dryer and some toilet paper.

Excellent location - very short walk to beach, ferry, restaurants and stores. Nice view of ocean from front porch, front bedrooms. Accommodations were excellent with up-to-date kitchen and amenities; bedrooms were adequate size, but one bedroom probably better suited for children because of intimate contact with adjacent bedroom. Not a problem for us because there were only 6 guests (3 couples), so no need to use the room. En suite bathrooms (4) a major plus for privacy and convenience. Great porch for sitting, relaxing, and watching the world go by. Took off 1 star for cleanliness because the previous occupants left an uncleaned broiler pan in the oven - obvious cleaning crew oversight. Also, there is adequate parking for 2 cars, but it was a tight squeeze because owner did not pull their car (left behind) fully forward. A couple of extra feet could have made a significant difference. House instructions were left placed in a drawer and not discovered by us until checking everything before leaving. Should have been placed on counter or some obvious place; therefore, instructions on trash collections and information that the beach chairs were located in the basement were not discovered until then (several interior doors were locked including, I'm assuming, the basement door - fortunately we had brought our own). These are very minor quibbles and did not detract at all from our visit. When we go back to Oaks Bluff, this place would be my very first choice. Had a wonderful time. The house is well kept in a great location close to town and the beach. The furnishings in the house were period pieces of when the house was built and made the stay very pleasant. The house was well equipped with all one would need. Great house!

Plenty of space for large family with a bathroom for every bedroom!!! Beautiful setting. Well appointed. Would 100% stay here again for a family vacation!
