Stayed Dec 20, 2025The property very clean and well appointed. There were more amenites than where listed in the listing making our stay easier than expected. The kitchen is well equipped which made food prep easy. The rooms a spacious and confortable. Overall it was very nice.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We had such a great stay at this Water Mill home. It was perfect for our large family coming out for the Hamptons Half marathon. The host was communicative and all directions were clear. The amenities were top notch and there was excellent water pressure in the bathrooms. We also found our beds comfortable. We recommend to anyone!

Stayed Sep 3, 2025This property is pristine inside and out with fabulous mid-century photography/artwork throughout the house and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not be better. It’s an easy drive into downtown Southampton but the secluded pool area makes it feel like you’re on your own private island. My husband needed to join us from the city and both the train and Jitney stops are less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay here again.
