Elegant and Comfortable Home in North Scottsdale Resort Community

The house is wonderfully located, equipped with everything one could want and has a unique back patio replete with grill, wood burning fireplace, gas firepit and hot tub. The place was enjoyed by all and difficult to leave!

Spacious home with great amenities including kitchen appliances, dishes, laundry supplies, and bathroom supplies. Owners were very timely in responding to inquiries. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and spa. Winfield is an attractive community. We played pickleball, used the gym facility and relaxed at the pool.

Spectacular home near Carefree. Very well appointed and stocked with everything you need to start enjoying your time in the desert. The house is well designed for entertaining. We enjoyed many fun dinners with friends and made great use of the outside fire bowl.

This is a great house and community with clubhouse, very nice community pool, and tennis courts. The house is the best equipped we have ever seen. Everything you could want including spices and even some non-perishable food. the hot tub has the most powerful jets we have ever seen and is quite large. Many walking trails in the community just be careful with a furry dog with the trails in the washes as they do have sand burrs, the trails up the hill behind the clubhouse are excellent for dogs and exercise. Overall probably the best house we have rented in 6 years of renting for two months each winter.

We rented this home for a month in April and really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are of great quality and the house is well supplied. The perfect location next to restaurants, shopping, etc. The use of amenities within the community was awesome as well. Thanks

We stayed here for a month at Christmas and had a wonderful time! Everything was so clean and loved all the extras...towel warmer(used it everyday and I sure miss it!!!), heater outside which we used often as the temperature fell at night, hot tub, fire pit, inside fireplace, the casita was great when we had visitors! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more!! The binder had so much great info about the community and the home and great suggestions! We loved the community center and all it had to offer. We left a big Santa there so if we don't get back for next Christmas hopefully some little children will enjoy it! However, we hope to come back again and enjoy this beautiful home and area!!! Thank you!!

This property was outstanding in every way! The description was accurate, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. It was very comfortable, clean and well-kept. We hiked nearby McDowell Preserve (loved it!), shopped and dined in Old Town Scottsdale (lovely), spent a day at the spa at the Fairmont Princess (highly recommended!) and relaxed at the house a lot. We really enjoyed the back patio. We would definitely recommend this property; we can't wait to go back ourselves!

An absolute fantastic home with everything you need and more! We spent Christmas and New Years in this wonderful villa and aside from buying a tree and decorations, we had all the amenities needed for cooking and being cozy by the fireplace. The outdoor seating and hottub was a bonus we enjoyed daily! Highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet, beautiful and upscale environment that is comfortable, spacious, welcoming and close to shopping and restaurants!

We have rented this property three times and will rent for all our future visits to Az if it is available. The property is exactly, if not better, as appears in the web site photos. It is apparent from the moment that you enter the home that the owners take great pride in their home and have furnished and stocked it with high quality, comfortable items. The location is ideal for those wishing to take day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, visit the many monuments and parks that Az has to offer , to spend time in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area, to hike/walk the numerous close by trails or simply relax in the resort like accomodations this home offers. We spent almost every eve by the firepit, made great use of the outdoor kitchen and seating areas and spent some time in the spa and community pool and exercise room. The owners are quick to respond to your inquiries regarding the home and are always pleasant and professional to deal with. There are excellent restaraunts and all forms of shopping close by. You do need a vehicle to get around. We would definately recommend this luxurious home to anyone visiting the area and want the comforts of home and the luxury of a world class resort.
