Stayed Oct 16, 2025The house was gorgeous, very clean, and everything in it was high quality and worked well. We had a fabulous time! And the tile work is amazing. The only downside was the trek up and down to the beach, especially with little kids. It’s a pretty steep hill of deep sand, and the staircase down to the beach was in pretty rough shape. The views were great though.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: El Perico Bizco was perfect for our family and friends beach vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. The bottom floor is like a whole separate unit with it's own kitchen! The area is very residential and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to town to shop and eat. WalMart is a 5 minute drive. The walk down the hill to the beach takes about a minute or two, super easy. The views are spectacular and the beach is super sandy, not rocky at all. Would stay here every time if I could! Great service!
