El Paso Retreat w/ Pool: 11 Mi to Downtown!

The location was very convenient for the reason we needed to be in El Paso. Checking in and out was very easy. Everything we needed was available.

The house was very spacious and clean upon arrival and the checkin process was simple. The kitchen is large and was well stocked with what was needed during our stay. The backyard was great with the pool and space to relax. The house is located near a lot of shops and restaurants, most within a mile.

It was a good stay. We did unfortunately have to wash all the bedding before we went to bed. Looked over used and or not washed at all. Front pull out couch bed is broken too.

We enjoy our stay were able to enjoy the pretty house with our military son that's station in Ft. Bliss. The pool and cleanliness made me feel at home. Thank You

Pool was amazing and stay was comfortable. There was enough space for our family and location was convenient. Kitchen could use some more basic cooking utensils and dishes for a house that fits 8 people.

The house was excellent! However, the host never responded to our messages. We had some issues at check in and didn’t get them resolved due to the lack of communication.

We loved staying at the property, the house was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool was clean for my four daughters:) house was clean and very welcoming. There was shampoo conditioner instant coffee, coffee grounds, my mom’s fave coffee creamer plenty of trash bags and towels for showering and big beach towels for the pool. I am used to renting hotel rms but I will be using this app to rent houses now lol would stay again, definitely recommend!

I'm the kind of guy that likes simplified peocesses. This VRBO was simple. All information was relayed via email. There was zero need to contact anyone or anyone to contact me. The area was great and secure. House could have been a little cleaner.

Except for the master the other 2 bedrooms the noise from the cars outside was terrible, the twin mattress needs to be replaced, make a lot of noise every time you move, if you want a quiet place this in not one, the carpet was old and really dirty, we only got 3 towels on showers, later we found out a few more downstairs I believe those were for the pool, too late, the backyard is beautiful,

The house was in a good location by everything we visited. The pool was nice.

the house was great. the only thing that was a bummer was the air conditioner was not turned on before we got there so it was hard to cool down the house but other that it was great

We arrived late due to husbands job. When we arrived the “AC” was completely shut off so the downstairs temperature was at 87*, while the up stairs was 96*. We were tired from our 6 hour drive but could not sleep in that heat. We turned on the what we thought was Air Conditioning only for it to get humid and only cooled off a few degrees. We were also up killing flies for about an hour. The house was very pretty, and clean but the carpet upstairs was so dirty. We didn’t want to walk barefoot on it I called several times about the heat and also to try and get the WiFi password to at least try and get some work done since I would be up anyway but when I called I was told that I could find that information in the welcome book… there was NO welcome book. I called back again only to be told that I could contact the owner the next day because it was late. I wouldn’t rent this house again. At least not in the summer months.

Lovely home. Needs better cleaning especially oven and grill. Other than that it was hot in the house. The ac was off and temps were in the hundreds. After we called the property manager it started to get better. This is a lovely home and very comfortable. I taught my son how to swim here. Loved it

The house was nice and the amenities like the grill, pool, and streaming services were great. The kitchen had a lot and all the rooms and bathrooms were nice but some of the house was in kinda rough condition and some of the sheets had red stains on them and it was very difficult to lock the back door. We would recommend it and would stay again though.
