El Cantón del Viejón it´s only one block from the beach and includes of garage for one cars with automatic doors.
If you enter by the principal door, the first thing that you see it´s a back yard with a big beautiful swimming pool.that´s because the spacious living room and the dining room has big sliding windows. Also you can see the guest house provides you privacy with a room, complete bathroom; A space to enjoy the summing pool doing barbecue without going into the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator stove oven and all the things you need, including a big pantry to store your groceries. It has also a washing machine and dryer.
The first floor also has an office with high speed WIFI. The stairs for the second floor have a beautiful Mexican Cupula above.
The second floor has four bedrooms: one with stained glass windows and en-suite bathroom; Two other bedrooms with balconies and the Main bedroom also with balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a dressing room. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fans help provide a good night of rest, while access to the outdoors is a breeze.
The guest house have air conditioner.
This house includes maid service 3 days per week.
