Stayed Jun 24, 2025We were surprised with a pool!! It was awesome. The house is 2 houses from the beach. The enclosed porch is great! Needs a new fridge.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We were at Tybee Island celebrating our adult twins birthday. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of room for all. As a matter of fact, there was a room downstairs we did not use, and could have slept 4 more comfortably. We spent most of our time on the fantastic porch! We were close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The home is a historical home built in the 1800’s - the floors are not level and the rooms are not perfectly square- reminded me of my grandparents home. We loved the uniqueness and charm of this home- including the “hidden door” to get to the downstairs room. We did spend one day in Savannah which was a quick drive. The house was hard to find when driving in- you can not depend on gps.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022We loved this historical Tybee Island house...especially the sun porch and the large dining/living area. Was a short walk to beach. Would be nice if they added pot holders to the kitchen. And the Dining Roon chairs are in rough shape...spokes kept coming out. We were told there would be laundry soap but didn't find any. Also the WiFi never did work for us the whole week. When the A/C went out and a man came to work on it he left liquid on the floor under the attic door...we thought was water and tried to wipe up so it wouldn't mark the hardwood floors. It was some dark colored liquid, not sure what but we tried to wipe up as best as we could. All in all though I would recommend this place and would book again for my family.

Stayed Aug 19, 2021Great spot for a bunch of friends to reconnect. Our group is now spread all over the country but we managed to come together and this house perfectly fit all of us! The beach was just a short walk away and the double refrigerators gave us plenty of room to stay stocked for snacks and meals.

Stayed Apr 5, 2021We were sad to leave. The pictures do not do this house justice. I’d like to know it’s history. It’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The porch was a huge bonus! We’d love to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2020We were a little afraid of renting anything during a pandemic, but the level of cleanliness in this house was 10 stars...not 5. It was immaculately cleaned! Its a very short walk to the beach, and very close to shops and food. We couldn't recommend this house more highly.
