Efficiency 2 on water las olas/beach free kayaks

the property is as advertised, clean and efficient..the walls are VERY thin as others have stated but my neighbors were relatively quiet.. you can hear conversations going on at a normal level as if they were sitting right next to you. but hey you arent staying there to sit inside all day..bring some ear plugs in case of carnal knowledge next door in the wee hours.

Pros: Amazing being right on the canal, we went kayaking and loved it though it is a bit tricky to get into the kayaks from the ladder. Easy enough walk to the beach. Nice outdoor sitting areas to lounge. Host it very responsive. Appreciated the microwave and mini fridge.Cons: You can't control the AC from the unit so our second night was quite hot but host was responsive and did seem to turn it down the following night. Not the hosts fault but the vents are connected with the other units and the neighbors smoked weed a few times a day and it comes directly into the bathroom. When we arrived the whole unit smelled. So from there we kept bathroom door shut and the fan on and it seemed to help enough. I'm sure the floors were mopped but they're just a little unsightly with paint and such and not as bright & airy as the photos appear.

Beautiful, clean, elegant property. GREAT location. Easy to get to the beach and anything else. The tropical garden was absolutely gorgeous with the lemongrass close to the front porch. We are planning to stay here again. Thank you so very much.

Enjoyed staying close to the beach. The patio was lovely at night. Did not get chance to use kayaks yet hope to on return trip. Communication with host and check in process went well

For the price point and location, this is a great option. For the first two nights, we were the only guests in the complex and our experience was great. After a couple moved in next to us, we realized how thin the walls are. The couple was NOT loud, just talking in normal voices and doing the normal things and we could hear EVERYTHING.

A friend and I stayed for a long Birthday weekend. Great location! Private and nicely landscaped. I highly recommend a tiki barge tour offered by the host, Captain Liza! I guarantee you will have a great time. Liza was a great host and I would stay again if ever back in the area.

This was a hidden GEM. This is a diamond. A great location, stay was great. The residence was really cozy, and the price was right. The owners were very professional. There is just nothing that you can say bad about this VRB. I will definitely book this again with out a doubt.

The place was great it slept two people… it was small it was centrally located

This studio was everything it was billed as; nice fluffy towels and very powerful shower, a very good (not too soft or firm) mattress and access to Dockside living.
