We loved our stay! The house is a great combination of Edgartown traditional charm with renovated high-quality bathrooms and kitchen and appliances. All the rooms are sunny and large, so there was a lot of space for our family of six (us and our adult children) to spread out and be comfortable. We loved the semi-enclosed porch. And we also loved the chickens! The eggs were delicious! The house is in an ideal location - a quiet neighborhood street just a short walk to Main Street. Everyone in our family just loved the house. It was really quite perfect in every way - an ideal Vineyard vacation.
The house and garden are picture- perfect. Our hosts were warm and responsive. We were greeted tomatoes and strawberries from their garden. Plus, it’s the Best location in Edgartown.
We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely home where we were graciously welcomed with gorgeous gladiolus from Katherine’s beautiful garden. The house is charming, homey, comfortable, and convenient to town and beaches. We enjoyed many hours on the covered porch reading, playing games, and playing with our grandson who was delighted by the chickens in the backyard. We prepared breakfast and lunch in the bright, renovated kitchen. Due to the pandemic, we found it easier to maintain social distance with the baby by bringing in delicious dinners from the wonderful local restaurants and enjoying them on the patio or in the dining room. We highly recommend this home! Jane S., Suffern NY
