*The house cleaning service can typically clean the house, wash and dry everything and get it ready for the next guests in 3 hours. Additional charges for maid service may apply for excessive messes having to be cleaned up, excessive laundry having to be washed or trash having to be re-bagged and hauled off to dumpsters because the trash service would not pick it up from the cans because it was improperly bagged.
