We are walking distance to town, plenty of shopping, restaurants, bath house, trails and the park. I love Cacapon Park, it is 10 miles down the road. There is so much to do in Berkeley Springs. You'll have to keep coming back!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024Accommodations were simple, just a room in an upstairs with a common room for the other rooms to gather or play a game. Bathroom was modern and clean. Location to the town of Berkeley Springs was perfect to walk anywhere in town. Will stay again.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We stayed the weekend to go antiquing. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little town and especially liked the convenience of having an ice cream bar downstairs! Loved the lavender flavor. Thank you Sandy.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024It was a very cute and clean place. The problem was trying to find it. The name is no where to be found and we drove around. Even telling us it’s above the ice cream shop would have helped. The main description was a French door and a wreath. Other than that, good location and clean.
