Eclectic Cozy Stellar location, sleeps 7

We received confirmation of our reservation and funds came out of our account. We did not get check in instructions for the day of check in. I messaged the host who did not provide info until about 11 pm. When my Husband arrived, there was another family there!!! It had been double booked. My Husband had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night after working 16 hours. When I messaged the owner in the morning, I never got a response. There was no apology, follow up, ANYTHING! Thankfully VRBO refunded our money (the host was not answering their calls either), but this was a very BAD experience. I had also messaged a question a few weeks prior to check-in with no response. If they had checked, they may have noticed a double booking and this may have been avoided.

Pleasant stay, nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and a cool little backyard to relax in.

We stayed here in January, as well as the adjacent property. El Paso was having a cold snap at the time. There were two very nice bedrooms, as well as a huge bathroom across the hall, with 2 sinks in it. The property and the kitchen was older, but very clean and serviceable. There was a third bedroom in the back which had a toilet, sink, and a shower in it, but as part of the room, not as an enclosed bathroom, despite the use of partial, clear walls. We weren't able to get the room warm enough to use. We did a couple of family gatherings (10 of us) there to watch football games. There's a chaise lounger (fainting couch?) in the living room that seemed like an odd use of space, but it didn't matter for our purposes. The host was great, very responsive by text (she's not local). We would stay here again, especially in warmer temps.

Perfect for families. The host was pretty nice and always attentive to any request from our side. Minor issue with the laundry appliances, but the host provided a solution.

Day of checkin we could not get in until 1029pm. Went to property around 7is pm and used the code given to us. Tried a few times then tried the owner. I messaged her through vrbo a few times and then called the number listed and no answer. When we looked at the screenshot of the code she sent it said checkin 1029pm to 1029pm of the reservation dates.
