Area was quiet and family friendly.

We are a family of 12; 8 adults and 4 small children (4 yrs- 10 weeks) location to the beach was great! Directly across from an access and much less crowded. 2nd and 3rd level beach view were pretty. Private pool (for 7 units) in the backyard was a plus! House was very spacious and had plenty of room BUT, had a flight of 19 steps to each level (3). We used coolers to block access to the stair from the littles. Having a garage was nice and kept a lot of sand out of the house. Would certainly recommend for a large family.

Location and functionality was good but needs updated and cleaned. Kitchen supplies were very limited and hot tub was not useable.

Hot tub had to be drained, cover too dirty to put back on, only got up to 91 degrees. Pool not cleaned until midway during our stay.

An absolutely beautiful home. Easy communication with the host and we were easily able to fit our large group in the home. Rooms were clean and spacious and we definitely took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the backyard.

But after getting to our new rental, we were more excited than ever! Absolutely beautiful home and has a pool. Easy beach access too. We were able to get in a couple of hours early with no issues! We will definitely book again!

This place is absolutely perfect it smelled so good when we walked in everything was perfectly clean and beautiful its loaded with every single thing you need while you are there was 12 of us infant -65 and we all had a space alot of closets enough room for all you cant hear the neighbors thd pool and hot tub were great the walk right across the road to the beach was great no traffic i could go on and on this is one perfect place to be!

We were so excited about our stay at this property

Check in was easy. Upon arrival our family is not sure what was cleaned besides fresh linens. Biggest complaint was the master bathroom clearly has a known leak as the family room ceiling in ruined. Didn’t think much of it until morning two when it was leaking on our iPad in the family room. So the couple staying in the master bedroom could not use the shower with the room. Also after arriving and unpacking discover the pull out couch downstairs is broken so we had to purchase an air mattress. Pretty sure the couches in the living room probably have broken pull outs too, but didn’t try them. The one recliner is broken and maintenance told us just needs replaced. The place needs a deep cleaning. The pool was not heated, but it was warmer temperatures so that could be why. The location was perfect directly across from the beach access.The beds were comfy. There was enough room for all. Biggest disappointment was the rental company who owns this never even called to apologize for the leak and not being able to use the shower or a bed. This is our family’s 9th year renting and never experienced that before. They did send a maintenance man out 2 days after they said they would and he had no answers but thanked us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've booked through VRBO many times and have never been charged for a credit card fee. This fee should be included in the rental price. The rental needs a deep cleaning. Doors were filthy, grease all over the kitchen and kitchen cabinets, broken blinds, broken chair and loose chairs, spots on the ceiling from a previous leak to name some. Reads rental will sleep 18 and we only had 7 but ran out of hot water. Wifi went out and they weren't able to fix it so we could watch football on Saturday. We were offered a late checkout morning of at 8:15AM and checkout is at 9:00AM. Check out is too early even for EST.

We had a family of 11 adults and 2 dogs. Townhouse was just as described. Property manager was great to work with. Loved the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
