The ground level includes two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for guests needing extra privacy. Step into the expansive, glassed-in sun porch, offering even more gathering space with multiple seating areas, a dining table for 6, an additional sleeper sofa, and another TV—a favorite hangout spot for guests of all ages.

Coastal Style Meets Modern Comfort: The renovated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while retaining its cottage-style charm.
