Stayed Jul 22, 202411 children would sleep comfortably but not adults. Upstairs has two bedroom and downstairs has two futons. There are extra beds but they are not coomfortable. If you are young and dont have any issues with back it should be fine. Back patio is very nice and there is a very nice kitchen and dining table. The front yard is overgrown in a way to help attract butterflies. .

Stayed Aug 26, 2023The interior was very cute, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The parking was very limited (as stated in the description) but this was a little problematic. The front “yard” was a mess and made the property look sketchy from the front but the back, where you enter, was much neater and more welcoming. The steps inside are very steep so don’t stay here if you have a problem with climbing stairs as both bedrooms are upstairs. But overall, this was a cute place in a good location.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023We chose this house for our son's first year dorm move in at UGA and it proved to be quite convenient. Situated close to downtown, it allowed us to easily walk to shops and restaurants. All in all, it's a fantastic property, and we would definitely consider staying here again!
