Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful home located on the Sound side of the island. Multiple walking trails and boardwalks nearby. Very peaceful neighborhood. House was clean and had everything needed, including several rolls of toilet paper and travel sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom. Kitchen is very well stocked. We did not find it difficult to cook meals for 10 people. House is very spacious, including several decks, a nice sized hot tub and pool. Rooms were large with very nice bathrooms. There is a grocery store and several great restaurants/bars very close by. We had a great time and would rent this home again!

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Pros. Beautiful place, spacious, good sized kitchen family room, and bedrooms. Cons. Check in at 5 even though no one was in day before, no lockable storage on ground level( owners have ample space to spare) no insulation between floors ( you can hear every footstep made in the kitchen...... But would stay again, pros outway the cons

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice to have sheets, towels and hand soap provided. Good location. House was clean. Would have been nice to have had towels in the kitchen. Will definitely rent this one again.

Stayed Sep 17, 2022The house was spacious, quick access to the sound, the view was beautiful, the kitchen was huge and the decks were perfect to enjoy the atmosphere. The downside was there was no access to beach equipment (as stated in the description), there were ants in the kitchen, only shampoo was provided (no body wash, conditioner or hair dryer), and all shower curtains were moldy on the shower side.
