Stayed Jun 11, 2025The house was right on the beach with great views. The 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our party of 7 adults. The house has a worn, comfortable vibe, and was clean and well appointed. The location felt remote, which provided the peace and quiet we were looking for.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We live this location. The views and beach access were wonderful. We stayed in one of the uostairs bedrooms and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very clean. The beach is the backyard. We loved our stay and would definately stay again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025This house was everything we could ask for. I have never rented a place on the beach and this was amazing. We basically had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Just sitting on that deck in the sunshine and hearing the birds and the ocean was so relaxing. Yes the house needs some update but then I would probably wouldn’t have been able to afford it. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Beautiful View, comfortable. It can use some updating and fixing of blinds in bedrooms because we had to put a blanket over the sliding door in our room so no one could see in, outside deck steps and wood planks because of exposed nails. My family and I enjoyed our visit.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The location of this home and the view out the back windows is amazing beyond words. It was perfect for an Oregon beach getaway because even during stormy moments we could thoroughly enjoy watching the ocean. Close to Lookout point hike, the sand dune, and the stores in Pacific City if you need anything. The property is as described and is a little dated in looks but it's very functional. All the couches and chairs are comfortable to sit on and enjoy times with your family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. We mostly stayed on the top floor so we could enjoy the amazing view. Lots of games at the home that we tried out and it was nice having a washing machine/dryer. Being able to have our dogs with us was a bonus. Management company was a bit stingy with the soap as we only got two small bars to cover all the bathroom sinks, showers, and kitchen. They did bring us washcloths as enough were not left for our entire group. I loved our time at Totem House!

Stayed Mar 22, 2024Great spot with easy beach access. The home had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend with family and friends. Property management was responsive to any questions. Don’t forget to visit the Pier Ave.Rock shop for a great experience with the kids.
