Easy Breezy | 8 Bikes, Optional Golf Cart + Community Pool

Overall our stay was very enjoyable for the week. There was plenty of space for all of us (16) so sleep and do it comfortably. The ease of pool access was extremely convenient for us and being so close to beach access was also great. There were some cleanliness issues however. First, the floors on all level were completely dirty. After arriving our children’s feet were black after walking around for 15 or so minutes. There was a large amount of garbage and dirt under the couches on second level which shows they rarely move the furniture to clean. And then there was what we initially thought was black mold in one of the upstairs bathrooms but once we submitted a request, they were out there in to take care of it within the hour. Again, overall the stay was great. A little cleaner and it would easily be a 5 star stay.

This house was perfect for our large family with 3 units (parents and kids) sleeping there, and 2 other family units joined for fellowship and meals. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have expected, but we were able to make do. I have reported this , so I expect it has been taken care of. The bedrooms had a private feel to them, which I think is nice when you have so many people around! The management was very easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Such a great home in a perfect location! 1/2 mile and 8 minute bike ride down to the gulf. The pool is fabulous and steps away from your private back gate. We completely enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

We enjoyed staying at Easy Breezy with plenty of rooms for us to spread out. Wish the dining table and great room would have held more people. We were thankful for the bikes, the golf cart, and the pool toys and beach chairs. The ocean was amazing! And the pool was also a plus! Fun places to eat and the grocery store was close by.

No early check in allowed. Was told they needed all that time to clean that house, but the house was listed as available all the prior week to our arrival. We drove by 2 hrs early and no one was cleaning. Upon arrival all 3 trash cans were full and appeared to have been for a week. They were full of maggots and nats. The nats found there way into the house and we battled nats all week. They were even in the refrigerator. Rented golf cart but management company could not tell us where the key was for the first 2 days. Asked for a pro-rate refund for the cart and was given the run around. House was not completely clean. Floors did not appear to have been mopped. Cabinets above microwave were covered in grease. Neither clothes dryer worked. Third floor struggled to get hot showers and we had one day with no hot water in the entire house. Bought food for the grill to find out it was completely out of propane. 2nd story balcony door does not latch. Had toddler fall out of the door twice. Renters cant use the pool until noon...half the day is already gone by then. Very few chairs and umbrellas available in the pool area. Regardless of all these issues, the house is nice. The pool is equal to any resort. The rental company did address all our issues within 24 hrs but all the issues we had, they had already had complaints about or were just to lazy to make sure house was 100% prior arrival. House and pool are nice but we had many problems. Not recommended.

Used this house for our wedding party and it was perfect!

Description was accurate , bikes were in fair shape ( seats not tightened down, tires were inflated, golf cart usable. Best suggestions would be a binder with better description on how everything works. Dishwasher did not run properly or we didn’t figure out how to use it correctly. Clothes washer not in best shape but usable

Everything was memorable. The house was located perfectly. The golf cart made the 5 min commute to the beach an easy one. The pool there was centrally located, but does come with interesting rules that weren’t stated before. Only other gripe is the cleanliness of the house.
