Easy Access to Grand Pavilion Community Pools & Beach! Spacious End Unit w/ Terrific Natural Light!

Beautiful property, well equipped, convenient location.

This is hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! It was well cared for and decorated, stocked with everything we could dream of, and the most perfect location. Close to beach and pool, nice outside patio, and walkable to restaurants/shops. Our extended family had a wonderful weekend and we’re already ready to plan our next trip to Coastal Chic!

We had the most amazing stay at Coastal Chic. The house was perfect for our family of 8 and was stocked with everything that we could possibly need-kitchen (well equipped) beach supplies (everything you could possibly it need), amazing tub in master bedroom-can’t say enough. We loved the table on the deck-important that there was a gate to keep our granddaughter safe, played games (a cabinet full of them) and made the best memories. We will definitely be back!

We had a great vacation at Wild Dunes! Our house, Coastal Chic, was the perfect setup for us. The teens stayed on the second floor and parents ion the first and third floors. The house was stocked with all essentials for an easy stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs! Check-in and Check-out instructions were clear and effortless. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

House was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the pavilion boardwalk and the beach the well stocked kitchen had plenty of extras, each bedroom had a bathroom and beds were comfy. We loved the three levels which provided privacy for late sleepers. Everything was really great but we were disappointed that there was no bin for recycling. Had a great time!

We LOVED our stay here at Coastal Chic! Kitchen was fully stocked, it was incredibly clean and comfortable for our family. We had so much fun at the community pool and hot tub. We will definitely be returning!!

I am so glad we found this place! First of all, I am a clean freak and Coastal Chic was very clean, which is really important to me. In addition, it is so stocked with amenities. Several in our family have rented other homes, and they were all impressed with the amount of cooking/baking gadgets and dishes in the kitchen – even a garlic press and a fancy cheese grater!Every bedroom has its own bathroom with a double sink, and they are beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable – everyone commented on how well they slept.The living room has a good collection of games and books to keep the family entertained. But of course you will not want to stay inside when the beach is just a short walk away. There was a pool pass for the local pools, but we spent our time at the beach. The house has beach equipment, including beach towels and wagons for pulling your items to the beach, and there is an outside shower on the side of the house for rinsing off the sand.The communication was excellent also. The host got back to me with answers to my questions in a timely manner and gave us clear explanations and reminders.There is an HOA that governs the gated community in which we stayed, which means there are rules that must be followed, but we appreciated that because the entire neighborhood got very quiet by 9pm. and the neighborhood itself was clean and orderly.Our grown sons and wives told me often during our stay that I did a great job finding this place. The home was beautiful! The 8 of us who attended the Cousins Trip found it to be cozy, relaxing and exactly what we needed to enjoy of annual trip.

The property was spotless and well prepared for a comfortable stay. The property owners and iTrip were very responsive. We even extended our stay after arrival because we enjoyed our time so much. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location!

We loved the property location to restaurants/beach/pool and not so close to all the other houses! The 3 floors worked out great with our family! It was decorated very nice! Spacious! We definitely found our new favorite spot in Wild Dunes!!!

The location of the home was perfectly situated between the main resort buildings, the adult pool and the beach. It was well stocked and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and the beds are comfortable. The only negative is the house has a lot of stairs within to get to the different bedroom levels (50 stairs to the 3rd level bedroom). I only bring this up as we had elderly parents with us and this was a slight issue.

Coastal Chic was the perfect spot for a special family gathering in Wild Dunes. The home is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with no detail forgotten! We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is, how comfortable the bedrooms are, and how easy the walk to the beach is! The two master bedrooms are both spacious, and just beautiful! This home is obviously lovingly maintained, and the name, “Coastal Chic” is perfectly fitting!

Great experience

Coastal Chic was the perfect location for our girls tennis trip. The house was comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The end unit was bright and beautiful with lots of windows. The Grand Pavillion location couldn't be better, so easy to walk to coffee, restaurants, beach & tennis.

This was an easy and relaxing stay for my family and me.

Some new upgrades improve this house even more. Plenty of space for us and our kids plus a friend. The fact that this house is an end unit (end of a row of houses) means more natural light and a bigger side porch than the neighbors. This is our third time in this house and we love it.

This was the perfect place for our family of 7 to stay! The home is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with every thing we could possibly need. The Wild Dunes pools, amenities and the Isle of Palms beaches are a quick walk away. Our host, Steven, was very attentive throughout the whole process. He quickly answered questions and immediately responded when we had a Wi-Fi problem. Wish we could have stayed longer!

House was great!! We’ve stayed in the Grand Pavilion multiple times over the years and this by far was the best house for layout, kitchen supplies and very well maintained. Absolutely no problems the entire week. Very easy checkin and checkout!! Thank you Coastal Chic!!
