Eastside Sanctuary is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath modern guest home with an open and airy floor plan with lots of natural light, large windows, stained concrete & wood floors and recessed lighting throughout. Amenities include stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, large fenced in backyard with multi-level deck, outdoor lighting and a new outdoor HOT TUB.

Please note the hot tub requires an additional fee and is not available between 6/1 and 9/30. Please inquire about the fee before booking.

The living and dining area have a full size leather sofa with chaise lounge, wood and steel dining table for 6, bar seating and a 55 inch LED television.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed with memory foam mattress, 65 inch LED television and a master bath with double vanity, makeup station and a large walk in shower room with double shower heads and a free standing tub. Large windows and french doors open to a large and private deck, perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee.

Guest bedroom and bath allow accomodations for 4.

All the dishes, cookware, fluffy towels, pillows and linens you'll need to entertain and relax are at your fingertips. Wireless internet, sound system, HD cable TV and movie channels await.

Great for UT football, baseball or basketball game, Moody Center concert or event, as a sanctuary for parents visiting UT students, as a hub for SXSW events, a jumping off point for taking in the downtown nightlife, east side bars and restaurants, or your ACL Festival headquarters.

A contemporary architectural design and desert landscaping complete this beautiful and very functional home.

All guests will have private access to the home and fenced in back yard along with a 2 tiered wood deck out back and porch with sitting area in front.

Please be advised that there are 2 other smaller homes on the property, each with their own private, fenced in yard. Your yard is fenced in and private as well but the laundry room is shared with the housekeeper who may be using it to clean other homes on the property during your stay. The housekeeper will only enter the laundry room through a separate door and you have to ability to keep the laundry room locked at all times. She will not have access to the rest of home.

No parties, events or small gatherings permitted.

Absolutely no pets, including service or ESA animals as the housekeeper has a severe allergy to pet dander.

The owners are long-time Austin residents, UT grads, live music lovers with a passion for travel and good food and drink - available for recommendations or invisible for your total privacy.

There is ample safe and free street parking right outside the home.

It is a short drive to downtown or UT, less than 5 minutes, or about a $6 Uber ride.
