Guest Access:

- You will have access to the entire home during your stay.

- Entry to the home is by a digital keypad Yale lock.



Parking:

- The driveway can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

- Please park on the RIGHT side of the driveway.

- Please keep the LEFT side clear for entering and exiting.

Just a short drive from downtown Austin, you’ll have easy access to the city’s iconic nightlife, live music venues, and attractions, making it the perfect base to explore all that Austin has to offer.



Getting Around:

Public Transit

Austin’s public transportation system is easy to navigate with buses and the MetroRail. The bus service connects most of the city, including popular spots, and the MetroRail offers a quick ride to areas like the Domain and North Austin.



Bike Rentals

Austin is a bike-friendly city with bike lanes throughout. Rent bikes through Austin B-cycle for an eco-friendly way to explore.



Electric Scooters

You’ll find electric scooters from companies like Lime and Bird scattered around the city. Simply use an app to rent one for a quick and fun ride around downtown or nearby areas.



Ride-Sharing

Uber and Lyft are widely available for rides across Austin. Whether you're heading to a nearby restaurant or exploring the city, these services are convenient and accessible.



Car Rentals

If you prefer driving, car rentals are available at the airport or throughout the city. Parking is available but can be limited in popular areas like downtown. Consider using parking garages when visiting busier spots.



Walkability

Austin is a walkable city, especially around downtown and South Congress. Many restaurants, bars, and attractions are within walking distance, so get out and explore on foot!



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Our maintenance team comes by every Tuesday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

• Please note that the water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.

• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
