We did not see our hosts at all—which was fine. The house was exactly as advertised. They had stocked the kitchen really well—enough plates, glasses, appliances, etc. had basics of coffee, etc. Beds were super comfortable and the accommodations very private. Lovely unique touches for the holiday season as well, cute miniatures and decor. Great central location—we were visiting our daughter at UCI and did a lot of day trips—super close to where we had to be.Only one thing—the WiFi did not have enough bandwidth to stream the NCAA playoffs. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location was in a highly desirable area, offering easy access to major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. The place was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The owners were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming stay.

We didn’t realize it was the guest house behind another property when we booked. Overall, it was a clean safe space. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. It was also quiet despite the fact that it’s a guest house.

Valerie and Jim were very welcoming as well as Floyd(their dog). It was a very comfortable and well stocked house. We really enjoyed the backyard space to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The location worked out perfectly for us as it’s very close to our family and great walking distance to Back Bay. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!

Bright, welcoming, quiet and just like home, anything one could need was available. Having AC is a huge plus!!Jim and Valerie are great!!

This place is as lovely and spacious as it looks online, maybe more so. Highly recommend. I sincerely appreciated the multiple seating areas and the dog friendly outdoor space.

Lovely garden, great place to stay

We stayed here with another couple while in town for a family event and really enjoyed it. The house was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard garden was a great spot for relaxed dinners and conversation.The location is quiet and convenient, and the hosts were friendly while respecting our privacy. A comfortable and easy place to stay—would definitely recommend.

The space was cozy, clean and cute. The hosts were beyond amazing! Thoughtful touches throughout. Our family had an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

My family was visiting Costa Mesa to visit our first grandchild. My son and his wife live in Costa Mesa and we found this VRBO blocks from his apartment. Everything we needed was within walking distance and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for us to enjoy.

We were having our home fumigated and stayed here while we had to be out. Such a comfortable “home away from home”! This home had everything we needed and more. Valerie was an amazing host and very accommodating of our crazy schedule getting out & back in to our home.

My mother and two sisters came in town for a baby shower. The house was very clean and set up perfect. The host was quick to get back to us about check in. It was a perfect stay for us.

Three athletic coaches stayed for a three day tournament. Really enjoyed the experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed eating meals on their furnished semi-private outdoor patio area as well. There is ample street parking, and the rental provides off-street parking for one car. The only hindrance that a visitor should be aware of is the proximity to John Wayne Airport, which is a source of noise (jets on take-off) occurring most mornings and evenings.

Valerie went above and beyond for our stay in Costa Mesa! We landed prior to check in and needed to get ready for a rehearsal dinner. She made sure the property was clean and accommodated our early check-in. Her place is clean and tidy and stocked with incredible snack. Thank you for everything, Valerie!
