We had teens in a local sailing camp and didn’t want to drive each morning from Washington, DC. We really enjoyed staying in this converted fire station. The renovation was top notch, resulting in a luxury vacation home, located right in the midst of all that Annapolis has to offer. I especially liked how they converted the old fire pole into a spiral staircase. This location is very convenient, a 10ish minute walk to downtown Annapolis, 5 minute walk (if that) to local restaurants and bars, etc. Will definitely book again.

We stayed at the Annapolis Firehouse for commissioning week and it exceeded all of our expectations. We’ve stayed at several itrip Annapolis properties and while all have been great, the firehouse hit the mark in every aspect for us. Wonderful location (just a block from the water taxi stop if you don’t want to walk into DTA), available close parking, spacious and well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms with good showers especially the primary bath (so many in DTA area are tiny because of space constraints), multiple hangout spots in the house. The screened-in porch off of the living room is exceptionally peaceful and inviting. The living room is also very comfortable and a great gathering spot. All in all, it was a perfect stay for commissioning week, and we’re so happy to close out our times in Annapolis with this wonderful house.

We stayed for a couple of days with our adult children. The house was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and convenient to Annapolis. We would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed this home. 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. Home had several living areas to enjoy company. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed (towels, cookware, good assortment of spices, and even board games). The location is fabulous and very walkable to downtown, restuarants, parks, ect.

Several family members stayed here on a visit and we had a wonderful experience. The converted firehouse has fun details and all the conveniences. Very comfortable.

We had a group of friends and family attending the Military Bowl. The location was perfect- easy walk to coffee, water views and great neighborhood dining. The refinished fire house was clean, spacious and a great layout. Would stay again.

What a wonderful home to stay in. It was perfect for us in every way. We were in Annapolis for our son’s wedding and it accompanied our family and guests as well as the perfect place to get ready for those special weekend events. So close to downtown, plenty of parking and a place for everyone. Shower in master was over the top. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the three bedrooms with bathrooms attached to each one, so close to boating, beach, restaurants and Annapolis! There are lots of seating around the home and a workable kitchen for all of us. It was great.

We loved this home. Location is amazing in a quiet Eastport neighborhood, with multiple excellent dining choices within a 2-4 block walk. The home is clean and beautiful inside, with everything that we needed for our 4 day stay included. Communication with the host from initial reservation to final checkout was quick and very complete. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were only in town for the weekend, but we could definitely see staying here longer. We visit Annapolis several times a year, and the firehouse is now on our list of great places to stay. Sean and Melissa from iTrip responded to messages quickly, and check-in was seamless. The interior design is beautiful and well-done. The main room is large and can easily accommodate a group for gathering, games, movie watching, etc. The downstairs/main floor room + living space is great for creating privacy when needed--maybe another adult/couple, or maybe a place for kids to do their own thing. The enormous garage space, which is accessible from the lower room, also has been converted to a hang out space. The screened-in porch is also comfortable when the temperature cooperates. So plenty of room for different groups to do their own thing while all being together without feeling like you're on top of one another. And when you want to explore, there is plenty of fun within walking, biking, or water taxi distance.

Small from the outside but huge on the inside. Easy access to restaurants, water taxi, and all Annapolis has to offer. Loved the house.

The Firehouse was absolutely amazing and our family had such an amazing time. Perfect location with everything you need within walking distance. The house is so well maintained, tons of space and top quality appointments. We will definitely be back!
