East Suite- ️ at Bleubird Studio, Walk to Downtown

Delightful stay at Bleubird. Very spacious. Very clean. Extremely inviting gem of a location. The added touches made this one of our favorites.

Had a fantastic stay. Quiet and beautiful. My breakfast was lovely. Used the washer and dryer (thank goodness for that amenity) and kept my diet coke cold!!!Top Notch

Met up with a friend for a couple days. Great location to stay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was wonderful to sit on and chat in the evenings. Jane was welcoming and so kind. She had thought of everything anyone would need for a stay there. Beautiful home and property.

Jane and her immaculate property lived up to what I was expecting. I would recommend it to anybody. It was absolutely beautiful. Jane thought of every amenity you could imagine, from slippers to eye masks to chocolate midnight snacks. Picture perfect.

My stay was fantastic! Jane was so nice and accommodating and her home/studio is a perfect getaway destination in the Bluegrass. It is so colorful and beautiful, decorated impeccably! Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in the area and hoping to book it again for the fall meet at Keeneland. If I could have rated it 10 stars, I would have! You will not be disappointed and if you like yoga and/or modern artworks, she has you covered on that too! Bravo Jane!! Hope to you again!

My wife and I spent two nights here for a getaway trip. The place is absolutely beautiful and so clean. The host was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

If visiting the area, we consider staying with Jane, and Sandy?, an absolute MUST! Her place is incredibly beautiful and she is the best host you could ask for. The location is very centrally located to anything you want to do in the Burlington, Lexington, Louisville area and downtown Georgetown is such a cute area to walk around with some great food options! If you’re contemplating staying in the Georgetown area, look no further than Bleubird!

extremely clean,well cared for.very quiet as well as convenient to heart of town.we felt totally relaxed,safe as the location is ideal.Jane put a lot of forethought into whats needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.i can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are visiting the area.we will definitely be back again.

I was a photographer at the Kentucky horse Park and needed a place to stay for an extra night. I was going to book a hotel room, but SO happy I didn’t. This was literally the best place I have ever stayed at in my life. My short stay and I slept like a baby. This house is a dream and I for sure will be back! My new favorite place! Hospitality is Above and beyond! Thank you SO much!

From the moment we arrived the property owner was there to greet us, tour the property, answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There are 2 beautiful rooms that share a large second floor, very peaceful porch. The two rooms also share a full kitchenette which was perfect, allowing us to bring snacks from home, leftovers when we went out, and grab a late night snack when needed. The home and property look like it’s straight out of Martha Stewart Living. The decor and attention to detail will blow you away! Thank you, Jane and Sandy! We will definitely be back!

Bluebird Studio and Suites was absolutely wonderful. We came for Railbird Music Festival and it was the perfect place to stay. It’s about 30 mins from Lexington. The host, Jane, was awesome. Very communicative and welcoming. Everything was as listed and clean with lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and hoping to be back!
