The Space:

This stylish and comfortable East Austin bungalow was designed to deliver a true 5 star stay. Perfect for larger groups, families, event travelers, and weekend getaways.

• Open living and dining area with smart TV and bright natural light

• Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for cooking and entertaining

• Two full bathrooms

• Flexible sleeping layouts including one king bed, two full beds, three twin beds, and a futon

• Washer and dryer available upon request

Please note: To help keep things comfortable for neighbors and guests, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels (not audio). It does not record conversations - only volume.



Private Pool and Hot Tub

The Pool is exclusively for this home and can be heated or chilled for an additional fee. Guests in the back units cannot access it. Enjoy a refreshing dip on hot days or a warm swim during cooler months. The hot tub is available year round.



Outdoor Space

Relax in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for group hangouts, morning coffee, or evening drinks after exploring East Austin. There is also a separate back house available for groups wanting additional space.



This home is ideal for SXSW trips, ACL weekends, UT football games, Moody Center concerts, weddings, and visits to COTA for Formula 1.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the home, fenced yard, hot tub, pool, and driveway. Keyless entry is provided for easy check in.

Pool Heating & Chilling-Optional Add-On!

We offer an optional pool heating and/or chilling service with our new heater–chiller system.

This helps keep the pool more comfortable throughout the year, (actual temperatures vary depending on weather conditions).

• Works best with 48 hours notice

• Not available during freezing temps

• Daily fee: $50/day
