East Point Cottages | Pool | Beach Access

Unbelievable time. Wonderful trip and property. Perfect location. Property management was the best getting us an early check in. Highly recommend!!!

I always love my stay at East Point Cottages! This stay was the only time I've been unsatisfied. I won't reserve At Last again because of the proximity to the highway and the traffic noise kept even our younger folks awake. We didn't have any extra blankets or pillows which made our nights tough-we used the trundle beds that only had sheets!

Overall the house was nice, very convenient and close to everything. We had some issues, during our stay, but absolutely loved the aesthetics. When we arrived there were dead roaches in a couple of rooms and closets. The upstairs bathtub was clogged up and caused water to leak into the downstairs master bath. We called and he came right out, but you can tell that’s an ongoing problem because there was a patch in the ceiling. Last but not least, we were searching for the remote and found a marijuana pipe, in the couch, mentioned it to the owner and just suggested that the cleaners triple check their work, no response. Just thankful neither of the kids found it or that it was something stronger than that. Thanks

The space was perfect for our group, especially with a designated bathroom for each bedroom and convenient half bath on main level. WiFi was easy to connect to for quick work projects. We had 2 vehicles, one car and one truck, that fit easily in the parking area. And the entryway area was great for dropping our beach supplies. We loved our stay!!

Place was clean and right across the street from the beach. My only complain is that its right next to the main drag of Gulf Shores and it was very loud BUT it was a busy holiday weekend. 5 stars across the board. NO ISSUES! The communication was great!

The house was clean and the location was great!

We had a great time staying at the “At Last” condo in Gulf Shores! The only issue we had was with the padlock on the door not always working properly and we couldn’t get a hold of management to answer any of our questions. We eventually got it working (still faulty throughout) but other than that, the vacation was wonderful and the condo was very clean and very nice! Walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants and activities for the kids! We will definitely go back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great for beach access and not far from activities in town. Would recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our month stay in February. The cleanness of the cottage was exceptional. But in order to maintain the cleanness we could've used a vacuum. We did request a broom, which was delivered. There were problems with the drainage (sink and dishwasher), but when we reported it, a Maintenace person showed up to quickly evaluate and fix the problem. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time not staying in a condo and we were a little worried about the obstructed view of the ocean but it turned out to be great and we'll definitely be back on our next stay. The amount of space for the four of us was amazing and our kids each go to have their own room and bathroom. Being able to park at the cottage and carry groceries or supplies in easily was a huge positive. The only downside is that the WiFi coverage and speed left a lot to be desired, the TV's were fairly small for the size of the living room, and one of the cabinet doors above the counter by the microwave was coming off. If you're thinking about staying at a condo, don't. This was the best accommodations we've ever had.
