Stayed Sep 21, 2025I was in town to take my son to college. This rental home was perfectly located for access to the university as well as the other exploring that we did in the area. The home was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable and I would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The condo was very clean, and in a nice quiet area. Check in instructions were easy and clear. The neighbors are also friendly and welcoming when you see them. The location is convenient to the University and a short drive to everything else. We have older teens so it was really nice to have the extra space so everyone could spread out. We will be spending a lot time in Eugene over the next 4 years and we definitely book again .

Stayed May 23, 2025The townhouse lives up to its pictures—well-appointed with all the amenities. It’s quiet, close to town, and the freeway entrance is close by to take you anywhere in the area. The host is excellent—efficient and responsive. We would stay there again if we are in Eugene and the beautiful adjacent surroundings.

It is very well stocked with everything you need. The check in/out process was very easy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Our only problem was arriving quite late due to flight delay. We had hard time figuring out which garage door at the rear since no light was on. I called and the manager did answer and help us. I appreciated that she picked up at midnight! Otherwise the home was new clean beautiful and comfortable.

The location can’t be beat. We absolutely loved our stay and will look to stay there again when returning to the area.
