East Mesa Rock slide paradise! 5bdr, 3bath

The overall property is Okay, but you can tell it needs some work. I had to bring my pressure washer over to clean the bird poop on the back patio and pool area. It was pretty gross. Some of the fans knock and are out of balance, bathrooms have some questionable looking drywall (water leak?). Wide open areas was good for our family and for my nephew to play in. The entry way classroom is fun, but we did not use it. Having such a small table and only having 4 chairs in a house this large seems a bit strange and made it hard to sit for a meal. There was a single roll of paper towels and what felt like limited soap for a 3 night reservation. After cleaning up the pool area we really enjoyed the area and had a lot of fun in it. Slide is great and we had fun on it. Hot tub was also a hit.

Great location with a relaxing pool at the end of the day. My family was very comfortable staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Communication with the owner was immediate response and any issues were taken care of.

Pros: location, swimming pool, and clean bathroomsCons: remainder of home not clean....hair in beds, filthy appliances, used coffee pods not removed, dirty floors, sticky/uncleaned patio table; owners offered to resend in cleaning team but who wants that while you are at your vacation home. One bed is a mattress and box spring on the floor with a headboard propped against it and not attached and another twin bed is a cheap plastic mattress on a piece of plywood on a frame. House has not been well-maintained; coloring and holes in walls/doors, pool alarms on windows are broken, furniture is old and beat up, landscaping in pool area is dug up and messy. House not well-equipped, missing listed kitchen items, only 5 pool towels and 7 regular towels for a place that sleeps 7. Experience with owners was fine until mid-way through when they started getting rude that we contacted VRBO about the property. Then when we got home they filed an insurance claim against us saying we damaged the pool area which was 100% untrue.

The house was spacious, clean and perfect for all of us with the many bedrooms. The backyard pool area was wonderful. Brad and Katrina were very communicative and responsive.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We liked that it was close to busier areas but also felt like its own space. We had a small issue with the fridge and freezer but we were able to communicate easily with the owners to get it resolved.

No the amenities were no in working order. The freezer had a big leak so had to put a towel under it and the ice and water system did not work. Always having to text a them to turn on the hot tub on and wait for it to get hot. The tv in the master bedroom was so small for the room you couldnt see if from the bed. It would be nice if there was a bedside table on the other side of master bed for the other person to use. The other bedroom mattresses were on the floor not on a frame. The one of the twin bed room the mattress was a camping mattress was very uncomfortable for anyone to use. The rugs on the patio were folded up and were a tripping hazard.

Overall a great stay for our family. Hosts were communicative and the check-in process was seamless. House was spacious enough for our family of 7 and the house was in a great location for everywhere we wanted to be in the East Valley.The hot tub was a nice touch. It took a little while to get up to full heat, but once it did we enjoyed our time in the water. The pool and outside area was nice to look at but our visit wasn't in the right season to make full use of it.

The host was always quick to respond to questions or requests.

We loved the home space provided for 6 people and the Outdoor TV space. We did find the pool heater communication a nuisance especially when we paid the extra amount to have it heated. Overall a great stay & close to my parents in SVE.

We were in area for a soccer tournament for my teen. The home was spacious and the girls enjoyed the hot tub. Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient for teen girls. The arizona sports complex was only 3 miles away. We would recommend home to families traveling to area.

The property is pretty nice. While we didn’t use the outdoor space, it’s pretty awesome. Its location is extremely close to Arizona Athletics Grounds for others looking for a spacious house close to the complex! Would most certainly stay here again!

Enjoyed the big house and open concept kitchen. Hot tub was well utilised.

Property was in a great location for us. We used the hot tub everyday and enjoyed the outdoor seating area. There was plenty of space for the whole family. We would stay there again!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. I booked in a very short time frame because my previous reservation was canceled two days prior to me flying in for a wedding. The host was quick to respond and the communication was top-notch. Would highly recommend this stay.

Property was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. Owners are beyond accommodating. You have to text him to turn on the pool features but it's done within mins of asking. Anything we needed he was available, even came over a couple times to fix a couple things. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We take our kids and visit Mesa ever year because we have family there. We all had so much fun at this property, both kids and adults. While you have to message the host to get the pool turned on, the host was very responsive and we were still able to be spontaneous when we wanted to use it. The fenced in play area was perfect for the little ones and the property sits right next to a grass area at the end of a cul-de-sac so everyone could get out and run around/throw or kick a ball. Definitely our favorite place to stay in Mesa!

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful Mesa home. Any issue we had, which most were minimal, the host was quick to respond and helped us right away. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Arizona! Thank you for a great stay!

The property was great and location was perfect for us. Quiet cul-de-sac. We used 2 bedrooms, the master and queen. This property is set up more for a family with kids as you can see on the pictures with single beds, etc. in the other 3 bedrooms. Wouldhighly recommend.

Our stay in AZ was to get out of the cold weather of MT. House and property were clean. Beds were comfortable. The property lacked some key items for comfort and relaxing, like living room tables, extra seating, sun chairs outside, blankets and games. For a family with young children, the house would be perfect, but with teenage children who like to lounge, there wasn't enough places to kick back or items within the house to do. The outside was super nice, and the slide and pool were great. One thing that did limit the feeling of true vaca was that you have to call to get the outdoor features turned on, like the hot tub, slide, lights. The Owner was pretty responsive, but then you would need to wait for the tub or pool to heat. Definitely limited spontaneity. Overall, a fine house in a good and growing location.

My overall experience here was wonderful. Very clean, didn’t find one thing wrong with the stay. The only suggestion I would have, the patio sitting area needs a surround sound or speakers. Other than that, love it!
