Easy access just down the street to walkable private beach, a second private beach with more expansive sand is just a short stroll through away or just a 5 minute drive. More expansive beach sits on the community's private marina, watch boats come to/from all day as you lounge the afternoon away. Picnic tables and BBQ grills available at the marina for your sunset meals. Both beaches, with warm watersand calm surf, are on the bay and are perfect for family outings.

House is surrounded by lush greenery and has ceiling to floor windows allowing for nature to be experienced from wherever you are in the house....a very tranquil experience.

House has 3 bedrooms. 2 full baths. Upstairs is a cal. king bed in the master bedroom and a double in the second bedroom. New mattresses, high-end new linens. Full bath with walk-in shower.

High speed internet/WiFi makes work or schooling from home easy, with 1st floor office available for privacy. Premium channel cable and netflix makes relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace the post-work, post-school refuge.

And the sunsets....the sunsets off the beach from just down the block are beyond stunning.
