East Hampton NEW home with Pool: 5 minutes from town and beaches. Kid friendly

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, close to town, markets, shopping, etc. House was very clean upon arrival, instructions were easy and spot on, pool was fantastic, and the host was available anytime we needed. Would recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for our group for a long weekend- plenty of space and bathrooms. The pool and backyard area was relaxing and clean. The host was responsive and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend!

Our stay was a 10/10! The host was responsive, check in was super easy and the home was spacious and clean. The home came stocked with beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Each bathroom had shampoo and conditioner and each bedroom had plenty of pillows and clean sheets. I would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I chose this property for a last minute trip. The house is spacious, clean, and bright. The pool is lovely and the location is super convenient as well. But the best part of the experience is Nadia, the owner and host who was super responsive to our questions and needs, and even had a few kitchen items delivered. Highly recommend the staying here.

We had a great stay at Nadia's. It's very conveniently located in between East Hampton and Amagansett. We liked being able to walk to Damark's Market, which is reasonably priced by Hampton's standards. You can also walk to Round Swamp Farm, which is not thrifty, but close! Balsam farm is also nearby (just a short drive). The house is clean, new, comfortable and well-maintained. Nadia was super responsive and easy to deal with. You can hear a little traffic when relaxing in the backyard. There are no blackout shades in the bedrooms (which is often common for rentals), so our kids woke earlier than we would have liked. But, we ran to town to buy something to put in the windows to improvise. We would happily stay at Nadia's again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is brand new and beautiful. It is furnished thoughtfully and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedroom layout was perfect for us and our little kiddos and the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the pool during our stay. It is the perfect size for a family. The location was also very convenient to everywhere we went in East Hampton. Would highly recommend!

My family and I get just got back from our annual Hamptons getaway. We weren’t sure what to except when we booked Nadia’s property but we were pleasantly surprised. The property is in a great location. The floor plan was open with plenty of room. Main living space is much bigger than in pictures.Great pool and grass area for games. Really clean, all new and fresh. Nadia was very responsive, responding within minutes of reaching out to her. I would definitely recommend staying.
