Our East Frisian country house is located in the middle of Westerholt with a view of meadows and fields. From here, you can reach the center with many shopping opportunities 400 meters away on foot or by bike. The house is very centrally located between the bathing resorts of Dornumersiel, Norddeich and Bensersiel. It is also only 10 minutes to the bathing beach with wakeboard system in Tannenhausen.

The house is approx. 110 square meters and has a large, bright living / dining room,a kitchen, two ground floor bedrooms (each with two sleeping possibilities), a utility room, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two sleeping possibilities.

A total of 6 beds are available. A cot can be added.

The approximately 1250 square meter garden has a covered sun terrace and a small natural pond. There is also a double swing with slide and a covered sandpit.
