East End Cottage, History meets Luxury.

The home was a perfect stay for our needs. Everything was clean and had all that we needed. Description was spot on. Location was perfect and host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend to all.

The Cottage is the best property we have found in Boise especially because we travel with our dog Millie and she loves the neighborhood and front porch for keeping an eye on everything. It is the perfect size for the three of us and John is so accommodating he left fresh flowers for us this time. The appointments are spot on as well.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and charming in a walkable neighborhood: a perfect respite for our Christmas visit. It may be a little cramped for a family, but for a couple with a dog, or for a grown-up set of friends, who wish to be close to downtown or a stone's throw from the university, it's a genuine retreat. Our host was communicative and available, but we had no need to call upon him for anything as all our needs were met, and then some.

Great home! Our dog enjoyed the bed provided for her, our Grandson loved the chalkboard wall and the awesome dinosaur pop-up book. Kitchen well stocked, and we were able to walk our grandson to Roosevelt school 1 block away- wonderful stay, thanks!

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, comfy beds, loved walking the dog around the neighborhood. John was very communicative and helpful.

We came into Boise for parents weekend and had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed. John was easy to get ahold of and had no issues with anything. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at bnbs for the past nine years, and my wife and I think this is the best one. So many nice touches and the rental is so quaint. The location is perfect, so easy to reach so many of the places we wanted to go.

Stayed with my wife, daughter, and dog. It’s within walking distance to concerts at the botanical gardens. Only two blocks from the Roosevelt Market - a nice spot for breakfast, coffee, beer, wine, etc. Just a few minutes drive to downtown or the river walk. The tree lined streets are great for walks.

I reserved this property for my parents' use when they came to town for their grandson's graduation. They loved the remodel results and how nice the area is for daily walks. The homeowner, John, has done a wonderful job of setting the place up for guests and doesn't require guests to fulfill long lists of tasks before heading out. This house and its owner are truly Boise gems!

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely cottage. It’s bright and cheery with lots of natural light. Spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of people out walking. Just a few minutes drive from everything we came for. Also — our host was swell.

This cozy Bannock St. Cottage couldn’t have been more perfect for my daughter and me to visit our son and brother just down the street, a few blocks away. Loved the two front sunrooms; one used by my daughter for an office. Roomy, comfortable living room, dining space, well-appointed kitchen, cozy bedrooms, nice-sized bathroom and laundry room, all in pristine condition, made our stay truly delightful in every way. The neighborhood is great for walking (especially to the Roosevelt Market. . .a gem for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or to pick up some unique food and wine selections) Can hardly wait for another memorable stay at 906 E. Bannock!

House was clean and well kept. John was responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

This is a wonderful home to stay in if you have things to do at BSU. We drove back and forth from the Calvin Williams Stadium several times a day. Could have walked in 15 minutes BUT it was a freezing couple days with new snow. House is very well appointed, and comfortable for me and my husband, my daughter joined us with her Bassitt Hound and he enjoyed the welcome too!

This is where we like to stay every time we come to Boise. Great location. Cute place with a fence yard for your pup. They even have a super comfortable dog bed, which our dog loves, for your furry companion.

This 2 bedroom, one bath house worked really well for me and my daughter. The renovation was done well keeping the old windows, doors and hardware. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here a few days while my daughter ran her first 50k! Super close to town and race location and everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee at the little shop down the street. Super comfy beds and wonderful stay.

This house was so lovely. I would say even better than the photos (which we all know is a rare nowadays!) Lovely amount of space, super clean and very cute yard space. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Our stay was a short one but we were so happy with our accommodations, our son just moved into his new apartment because he's starting at Boise State. We all went up to help him. I'd definitely stay again.

John, the host, was meticulous in thinking of every little creature comfort a person would need/want. He would respond quickly to any message. Since we came in late at night, he allowed us to have our son enter the home, prior to us arriving, and stock the fridge with groceries for us. The house's location is close to all things making outings convenient. The home was clean, well stocked with linens, full kitchen utensils and paper products. Full amenities. Neighborhood is the older part of Boise so the homes were beautiful, and surroundings well keep and designed. This is a great home to rent with an amazing host.

Loved the house! Loved the neighborhood! Loved that the owner had YouTube TV for us! Everything was very nice and very comfortable with one exception. The owner should put darker curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. It was very bright, very early In the bedrooms. If you like to sleep in you better bring an eye mask lol.

This is a cute little house, super clean and comfortable. Very pet friendly. And the host was great. We had a unique reason for staying which meant I had some questions and had to add a night last minute. John was gracious and patient and made everything so easy for us. The neighborhood is perfect for walks and Roosevelt Market is down the street. If you know Boise, you know Roosevelt.
