Remodeled and centrally located, our townhome is the perfect destination for your Telluride visit. Remodel, including new bathrooms, carpeting, finishes and furniture throughout the unit provides a new home feel in a central Town of Telluride location. Pacific Place Unit C is a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 -1/2 bath unit located in a small, five (5) unit building. With an unparalleled, central location in the quiet east-end of the Town of Telluride, the condominium is a 1 block walkto Colorado Avenue (Telluride's Main Street), 1 block to Town Park (summer concerts, recreation and more); 2 blocks to the Bear Creek Trailhead and 3 blocks to the Telluride Gondola Station and town lift #8. All local amenities you could want in Telluride are easily walkable from Pacific Place - grocery stores, restaurants, saloons, galleries, shops, Town Park, and free gondola to Mountain Village. If you're driving to Telluride, an individual parking space and town permit for street parking are provided during your stay.

The three-level layout is perfect for families or for groups of adults with 3 bedrooms on the entry-level below an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the 2nd level. Upon entering, there is space for gear and shoes with cubbies , benches and hooks. The first level features high ceilings and new finishes throughout. There are two new bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms. The main living and dining area upstairs has abundant natural light from oversized windows, a dramatic vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, a corner fireplace, a modern, well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, and a large dining table. A newly renovated half-bath and a sunny outdoor deck with a gas grill makes it ideal for gathering or relaxing after an active day. A loft/office on the third level provides space for additional sleeping for one (twin trundle) and has a desk with a beautiful Bear Creek view for remote work or kids' homework. Free, high-speed Wi-fi throughout.

Bed/bedroom configurations: Primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, plus a private bath with a new walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 1 with queen size bed and walk-in closet shares the 2nd bathroom with Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Loft has a cozy leather trundle (twin) and desk with views of Bear Creek. All bathrooms have recently been remodeled with high-end finishes, vanities, and showers including a steam shower in the primary bath.

There is a stackable washer-dryer unit off the kitchen and spiral stairs to the loft. We've thought of everything you need and you'll want to return again and again to Pacific Place for your Telluride getaway.

Guest Review: “We loved our stay on Pacific Avenue. The condo is in a great location. Just a quick walk to the gondola close to great shops and the grocery mart. The condo has wonderful storage for ski gear and great closets to store all packed items. The bedrooms were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our family, with great space on the main floor to spread out. The loft had a great daybed and desk, which was perfect for my daughter to do online kindergarten in the mornings before skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed and we were able to cook all the meals we planned to eat in, including a few dinners. The set up of the condo is perfect for families or even a couples getaway. We will be certain to stay here again.

    We were so comfortable because of the beautiful structure of this condo plus the plush furniture and linens. Another huge comfort factor was the coffee and other pantry items and the well supplied kitchen. Very close to the festival grounds as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

    The condo was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable so no complaints. I loved being in town close to everything but the walk to and from the lifts was a little rough in ski boots. Also, I should note that this condo has limited to no views out the windows. You can see some of the ski mountain from the living room but it feels more urban than mountain.
