This is a small 2 bedroom/1 bath home located on the no. 4 capmetro bus route. It's a quick bus ride to downtown where you can pick up shuttles. It's also a 10 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from COTA. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but it is a 'real' Austin neighborhood. For peace of mind there is an alarm system and well behaved dogs are welcome to utilize the fenced in back yard. The kitchen is well-equipped and you also have a small washer and dryer you are more than welcome to use in case you need to do a load or two. This is a great house located just east of downtown, it is a five to ten minute bus ride to just about anything and everything Austin has to offer.

What a fantastic little escape - from the perfect location, to the sweet treats, all the way to the super comfy memory foam bed & luxury linens. The house was clean and comfortable with the added security of fenced in parking and an alarm system. We were attending a three day music festival and the house was outfitted perfectly for our long weekend in Austin. Julie thought of everything right down to having treats and a ball there for the dog! The proximity of the house to our venue enabled us to come home between sets for play time with the dog, lunch/dinner, or just to rest up for the remainder of the night. We were able to enjoy relaxing with a cold beer out on the new deck while the dog enjoyed running around in the secure large yard chasing squirrels in the big trees. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home including a drop leaf table & chairs for four. While we only live in Round Rock, being so close to the music venue - even having public transportation as a convenient option - was a fantastic break from commuting up and down IH 35 every day (and more importantly night). Thanx for a great weekend - we'll be back for sure!
