Early check-in, Late checkout: spacious 4-bedroom 3-bath house in Ellicottville

Great location, great price, spacious, and has everything you would need for a stay. Hosts were very good with communications. Although we can tell it was cleaned, there were some stains found within the house. If ok with not 5 star and stain free, this is a great rental. Would give a 4.5 or 9/10 if I could.

We stayed there for work purposes. We were working locally. Perfect situation for a ski vacation beautiful home but worked well for us.

Stayed here for our annual guys ski weekend with plenty of room for all to sleep. House had everything we needed to cook and clean up from full meals, including the bbq grill in the garage. Hosts were great at communicating, even offering extended check in and check out times, which was fantastic. We had an oops and left a sweatshirt behind, the hosts were gracious enough to help mail it back to us. If they added a hot tub this place would crush, but even without it , it's a great place to stay. Highly recommen

We just stayed at this property for 3 nights as part of a Holiday Valley ski trip and found it to be a good fit for our needs. Although the house doesn't appear large from the outside, it had plenty of room for our group of 10 (including 3 small children). It was clean and well furnished and the kitchen had all the basics that we needed for the cooking we were doing on this trip. The toybox was a nice touch as well since the children are young and did not accompany the adults who were skiing. Also, as advertised, it is only 5 minutes from Ellicottville and 10 from Holiday Valley, on a good road. Given the opportunity, we would stay in this house again.

We had a great stay in Ellicottville. Property was very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication and responsiveness from our host.
