- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The downstairs TV is currently out of order.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The property is beautiful and gathering spaces are airy and spacious. The kitchen is very functional as are the 1.5 baths. We loved the washer and dryer and then relaxing on the wraparound deck. All of the neighborhood friends (deer, bunnies and quail) plus lots of birds were a part of each day. The area is very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We had a great time. Many thanks.

    Mother’s Day weekend with 3 generations. We had a nice stay at this property. It was quite and peaceful, the fireplace was a nice bonus. Mattresses were comfortable and it was thoughtfully stocked. Easy to check in and out. We would stay again:)

    This is a spectacular house! It is quite large with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It is lovely, well appointed and beautiful in every way. We spent a week and did not want to leave.We found the upstairs very comfortable and nice. We did not discover the downstairs until the last day when we did a load of laundry....it was very cold down there and we were surprised to find another bedroom and bathroom!We never did find the heating controls for downstairs.We found a few items that had been overlooked by housekeeping and relayed the details back to owner for follow up.If we ever are able to return to Whidbey Island, I would definitely stay here. The views are stunning, sunrise, sunset, clouds, eagles, trees, deer and bunnies! Its all good and a wonderful escape. Enjoy!

    This house is very nicely furnished, plenty of room to spread out, stellar views from the deck and big windows, and all in a very walkable community. The place was well stocked and ultimately we had an incredible time here. Unfortunately, the place was not clean. The bedding and bathroom, most important, we're five. But the living rooms and kitchen supplies and dishes were just plain dirty. Hopefully this was a one time slip up, but I can't honestly give a great review of a place without mentioning you night need to wash dishes before using them.Still, I think the hosts desire to make this a nice place and I would still recommend it based on the positives.The

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here twice and it is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. I think it could get hot in the summer peak, as it only has ceiling fans, but wasn’t an issue when we stayed. TV has many options and kitchen is well stocked. The market in Coupeville is ten minutes away and has a great selection of food, including fish and local veggies. Management company is first class.

    Beautiful house inside a quiet and adorable neighborhood. Right in the middle of Whidbey so you can easily access everything. And only 10 mins from downtown Coupeville. A short walk from a private beach that has large, beautiful shells all along the shore. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. We came during a very hot time, so it did get quite toasty inside the house for a couple days because there is no AC. But it cooled down in the evenings. Great big patio that we enjoyed sitting on to watch the sunrise and sunset. Overall we throughly enjoyed it and would definitely visit again!

    Beautifully appointed home with large deck area. Very comfortable and clean. Feels private and secluded. Great family home and neighborhood. Three minute walk to large grassy play area and beach. Great mid island location for day trips to all Whidbey Island has to offer.
