Eagle’s View: Historic Farmhouse, Stunning Views, Just Minutes to North Conway!

This house is amazing. We went for girls weekend. Each had our own space. Hot tub was fantastic added plus having it inside. Location is amazing. Plenty of towels, house has everything you need and then some. Beds are so comfy. Just Bring yourself this house has it all. Highly recommend this place might have to make an annual girls trip to North Conway.Lauren was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Such a wonderful house, and stunning location. We love the old features (including the super creaky stairs) along with the new (awesome hot tub!) our second time staying… the kids (and adults) were thrilled to be back at ‘yellow house’

Eagle’s View is just as advertised. It had plenty of space for our group to spread out comfortably. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and the location is perfect for a week of skiiing.

The house was lovely. Well appointed with pretty much everything we would need. It's an older home and very comfortable. If you are looking for brand spanking shiny new, this might not be your place, however, everything was in good shape & clean. Loved the book nook in the corner. The heat worked (in 0 degree winter), we had enough hot water, there was wood for the fireplace, the lights worked, dishwasher worked, plenty of dishes & pots & pans, etc. A couple of the showers on the upper levels were a little below par for our larger-size family members, a couple of times they used our shower in the first floor main suite bc they couldn't duck well enough in the upstairs shower. I don't have that problem since I'm short. Our host was extremely responsive to any and every question during our stay. That's huge in my opinion. I would book this house again, yes. Summer next time! So we can hang out around the fire pit & enjoy the lovely view.

You can't beat the location of this house. All the convenience of being right in the heart of North Conway paired with serene mountain views and privacy. We love it here and have rebooked many times!

Thanksgiving with family

Excellent location and plenty of room for all. We especially loved the view from the back and side of the house and the big fields with trails all around it!

The house had an inviting, comfortable vibe, and we absolutely loved hanging out here! Fireplace was great for the cooler evenings. The house property is so close to everything in town, but it is so quiet here one would never know it sat on the highway. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the hot tub room, bedrooms, and living space. The fire pit was fantastic too! All 8 adults were very comfortable during our 5 night stay. Host communication great!! Delaney’s was our favorite meal spot. Would recommend the Echo Lake short hike for sheer beauty of lake reflections. Also Black Cap hike (pretty much uphill and rock climbing at the end). Sako Brewery was a nice stop between sight seeing. Covered bridges a nice bonus. Awesome vacation with friends.

Ideally located, wonderful space for gathering and comfortable beds. This is a very clean and beautiful property. Lots of space to enjoy company of friends and family! This us our second year here and we loved itcas much as we did our first time. Lauren is a wonderful host!

We stayed at Eagle's View for a family reunion of 10 adults of varying ages and interests. The house accommodated us perfectly. The view across the valley was spectacular, and the house was perfectly situated to satisfy everyone's interests: long bike rides, hiking, shopping, coffee runs, restaurant take-outs (we ordered Thai and Indian). The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious. We spent a lot of time around the kitchen table talking because that's what our family does when we haven't seen each other for years. The drive to the Mount Washington Cog Railway basestation was sublime (only 45 minutes), and the trip to the top of the mountain was a highlight of our stay. Do it if you can!

This is not the first time we have rented Eagles view, and I have a feeling it won’t be the last. We love this property! Wonderful kitchen to cook in, very large dining room table, fire pit with a smokeless, solo stove, and lots of great shopping nearby. Not to mention the endless opportunities for outdoor exploration. This place is a winner!

What a great property with charm and character. Super well equiped with everything you might need. The hot tub and fire ring were a bonus after long days of sightseeing. No disappointments!

This place was absolutely amazing. The view is incredible! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean! It was fully stocked, didn’t run out of any necessities! Every bed was incredibly comfortable with cozy blankets and excellent pillows. There were extra pillows on each bed which was really great! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We loved having multiple bathrooms for the amount people we had staying. Plenty of parking!!!! Lauren was very responsive and wonderful, even letting us have a late check out. The couch was so comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough! I hope we are able to rent this home soon in the future! We had a wonderful stay at Eagle's View! There was plenty of space (and bedrooms) for our family of 4 plus a set of grandparents to spread out. The beds were all extremely comfortable (so rare in a rental home!) The location was central to all our activities in and around North Conway. We hope to return next year!

3 generations stayed here on an annual long weekend trip to the White Mountains. One word - perfection. This home was everything we wanted and more. Sitting around the fire pit watching the sunset each evening was the best! Clean, spacious, comfortable, what more can I say?

What a beautiful home to spend time in! The house was immaculate, stocked with all necessary supplies, and completely ready for out arrival. Lauren our host was super prompt with communication and very helpful. We are all able to spread out and have our own space, yet the living area was big enough to accommodate all of us. The deck overlooked the White Mountains and was lovely to sit and relax on. We also enjoyed the hot tub as well. Great location as well - close to town and outlets. Thank you!

This was our second visit to this lovely comfortable home in North Conway. So close to everthing yet you feel like you are alone with the mountains. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy. Kitchen has all necessary to create a gourmet meal or simple fare. The spaciousness of the home- 4 floors -gave our family of 9 room to be together (or not!) There are plenty of games, foosball, and even an indoor hot tub to enjoy after a long hike. We enjoyed the firepit one cooler evening. Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent time staying at your house! The accommodations were very comfortable…plenty of room to spread out. The location is on point and easily accessible to all of the attractions in the area. Would highly recommend.

This was our second year at the Eagles View and we absolutely loved our stay! The view is unbelievable and so relaxing. The house fits everyone wonderfully and has plenty of bathrooms. The house is extremely well maintained, clean, and well stocked. I couldn't say enough great things about the house and Lauren is also very responsive. On top of all of that, the location and proximity to all of our favorite places to visit near North Conway and favorite restaurants (especially the Red Fox) is perfect.

We stayed for a full week with our 4 young kids and my wife's parents - using the home as our launching point for all things in the White Mountains.It was an excellent spot for that, and the property was the perfect size for our group. The old time charm of the restored farmhouse was present, and well decorated. The views are beautiful! The home was very well equipped, especially for those with young children.We would definitely recommend to anyone else needing some extra space staying in the area - it provided us the perfect base to create many memories with our family.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked it was. They thought of everything!!! The view is spectacular. We took our senior class there for their trip and they had a ball!!! Extremely well appointed and stocked with every possible that you could ask for from the beautiful kitchen to the trouble the hot tub to the chairs and fire pit overlooking the mountains and cathedral ledge. Our group enjoyed thoroughly and will be back to visit Eagles View again!

My family and I (3 generations) enjoyed a weekend away at Eagle’s View. We can not stress enough how comfortable the home is for all age groups. The home is beautiful and is fully stocked for all needs. It’s close to town yet but you feel like you’re secluded. The process check in and check out was easy. The house is very homey and well equipped. Located close to No Conway center, ski resorts, ice skating, restaurants and more. The house was clean and has everything you need for a family vacation or couples weekend. Stairs are creaky so, there’s no sneaking in or out! All kidding aside, the house is a beautiful country farmhouse with lots of charm. Would absolutely rent again

We have stayed in many rental properties and this has been the first with excellent beds. Everyone in the 4 bedrooms and basement trundle bed slept great! Thank you for a great sleep. The location is convenient to shopping, skiing, restaurants, and even an awesome walking trail and cross country skiing trail. Communication with the owner was easy and great. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is a beautiful property located right in North Conway. We have stayed her several times over the years and have always had a great experience. We had a minor issue, and the owners had a maintenance person at the property in no time.

We had a lovely time staying at this property-- the bedroom layout was perfect for 8+ adult women (and listed accurately on the site), kitchen/living room set up meant we could all be together while cooking and eating and playing games/chatting. Hot tub was perfect, location is fantastic- you feel tucked away but easy to get to everything (hikes, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping at Settler's Green). We had a great time and will be back!! We had a great stay! This is one of those properties that you can tell the owners are very hands on and tuned into the little details that make for a great visit. The hot tub was ready and easy to use, the grill had extra propane tanks just in case, s’mores sticks in one of the drawers, etc - no detail overlooked. The best part is the location which simultaneously feels scenic but is also very close to everything.

Our family booked Eagle’s View to attend a local wedding. The house was fantastic! It is beautifully decorated and has a well supplied kitchen. The view out the back of the property was gorgeous. Truly an Eagle’s View!

There was a group of 10 ladies on our motorcycles who came up for a long weekend. We loved the property, all the beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this was by far the nicest one. We had everything we needed there to cook our meals. There were plenty of paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies and toilet paper! We loved using the hot tub after a long day on the motorcycles and the fire pit got used every night. All in all, a great time, a wonderful property and we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us.
