The parish of St Thomas is experiencing frequent water lock off & water shortage due to road construction. St Thomas Oasis is equipped with a water reserve system however, we ask guests to be as conservative as possible with water usage.

Minimize washing, be mindful when showering and no additional guests outside of those authorized on your reservation. This will help you have a pleasant & enjoyable vacation experience.

While we will do our best to minimize your inconveniences and create an enjoyable experience while with us, we will not be held liable for mishaps as a consequence of the water shortage, light outages, natural disasters or other eventualities outside of our control.

Guests have access to front veranda and rear double carport, private living room, dining room and kitchen 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Other things to note
Additional guests after the first 6 people, are required to pay $25 US ($3825 JMD)/night per person anywhere on the property, whether or not that person shares a bed, sleeps on top of a bed or on the floor. Minimum booking nights apply.

Up to 3 portable single beds are available upon request.
