Stayed May 18, 2024The property is very nice and we enjoyed it. The queen bed frame in the upper bedroom was broken - just mentioning to be sure someone get it repaired - it did not impact our stay. The only thing overly cumbersome is the rental contract. Way more cumbersome than it needs to be. I'd suggest reviewing other contracts for similar kinds of rentals; I've never seen one that long, with more signature spaces, and more legalese than this one. With that as my only problem - you should be able to tell the overall experience was good. I show the communication with the property manager as a 3 as there was none, other than a couple of emails, which were fine. I'd have chosen N/A had it been available.
