Stayed Jan 16, 2026The Eagles Nest was a perfect getaway for my family of 4 (2 Australian shepherds). My boys are teenagers and had their own separate bedrooms. Our two Aussies had plenty of room to play and roam in and outside the house. We visited for a ski trip at Cataloochee Ski Are which is just a short 15min drive. The fenced in area at Eagles Neat was perfect to leave the dogs in for the day while we skied. We ate at the Sweet Onion and Bogart’s, both of which were 5min drives and are very good restaurants with a big menu for everyone. The small softball recreation park across the street was the perfect area for a quick dog walk for my Aussies to get out some extra energy. Overall would highly recommend staying at Eagles Nest, with or without your furry friends.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The house was very nice, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed including a cute Christmas Tree. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Communication with the owner was excellent!
