This green oasis in the desert showcases tree-lined streets and luscious fields overlooked by contemporary vacation rentals. Featuring 2 pools, a large spa, a splash pad area, and pickleball courts, this luxurious resort is perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many outdoor adventure sites!

There is no overnight street parking for any vehicles/trailers in this community. Any boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, recreational vehicles, or other such vehicles must be parked in the garage or designated parking areas. There is trailer/RV/boat parking on the back side of Canterbury Road. Please reach out to the host prior to booking with any parking questions!

    This place was absolutely amazing and literally a 5 star location. Do not get a hotel that rips you off and are confined to limited space. You get space and luxury with these rentals. It literally felt like a home away from home. You can guarantee that we will be back renting from these guys again. Simply Amazing!

    We rented two properties through Red Rock Vacation’s for a large group of over 40 people, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Both homes were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with more than enough room and amenities to comfortably host everyone. The setup was perfect for our weekend getaway.Red Rock Vacation’s was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed assistance. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend booking with this unit if you’re planning a group stay!

    There were beds aplenty for our group of friends down in Hurricane/St. George to mountain bike for the weekend. The dining area and kitchen worked great for our group too. The hot tub is good for four adults only though. Nice place, nice location.

    The place is nice but very sparce, there are no closets or dressers in the house. We had an issue with the hot tub but they came and fixed it. We had SxS and there is lots of room to park them and corresponding trailersOverall happy with the place

    This house was a really nice place, super clean, and had some great amenities. The pool was fun and it was great that it was open even in the winter. It was really cold but the kids loved using it for polar challenges, then they would jump into the GIANT hot tub next to the pool. The hot tub probably fits 50 people comfortably. We had a lot of fun staying there with some friends and our kids really appreciated the large bunkroom. It was also nice that it was at the opposite side of the house from where all the adults slept allowing them to be a little louder late into the night without disturbing us while we slept.. Honestly, I would give this a 5 star rating if there was somewhere to store clothes. We had to live out of suitcases during our stay which wasn't very convenient. Also, the mattresses were the firmest I've ever slept on. I've slept on the concrete before and these beds were a step better than that. I didn't toss and turn all night but I woke up a little sore and not very well rested.

    The property matched the online description which is great for setting your expectations. It has a lot of room to spread out and the community pool features are great on a warm day. Here are a few anomalies and upgrade opportunities we encountered. Mattress’s need to be upgraded, while they are clean and functional, nobody would choose them for their home. Also the foosball table has seen better days. Lastly, clothing storage is nonexistent… a few armoires are needed as the house has no closets. ?
