A 3-bedroom, 2 full bath home (2,000 sq. ft) located on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes with private, attached garage for toys and plenty of driveway space for trailers and vehicles. UTV trails are close by for easy access.

A perfect get away location for family, friends or to celebrate an anniversary or special event. Enjoy beautiful views of the water and wildlife from the living room picture window or large backyard deck. 2 kayaks and paddles are included in your rental for tripsdown the channel to explore or stop for lunch at one of many waterfront restaurants.

The public boat launch and boat rental/marina is a 1/2 mile away or feel free to bring your own boat/jet skis and use the private dock included with the property. Private dock also offers a great place to fish from or a place to sit and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set. Attached garage available during the winter months for snowmobiles and gear.

Unlimited towels and toiletries are available in both full baths. The master bedroom is connected to the upstairs bathroom with lots of privacy and a patio door to the back patio for morning coffee and breakfast. Coffee and a coffee maker are also made available for all guests.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a gas grill on the back patio available during summer/fall months.

Maps of all Eagle River trails is also available upon check in.
