Welcome to our beautiful home in peaceful Eagle, Idaho! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is right next to Eagle Hills Golf Course and is perfect for couples, families, groups, or anyone seeking a comfortable stay. Large, fully-equipped kitchen, Living Room w/ 75 TV and Family Room with fireplace. Fenced in backyard with access gate to school track and playground when school is not in session. There is also a nice patio with BBQ, picnic table and drop down shades. Outside security cameras.<br>
Upon entering, you will feel right at home as the Living Room invites you to unwind on comfortable leather sofas with a 75-inch TV, while the adjacent dining area, with a large round table and seating for 6, (plus extra chairs) provides a charming setting for family meals or group gatherings.

The spacious, fully-equipped Kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed for delicious meals.

There is also a bistro-style breakfast table with seating for 4 connected to the kitchen. We also have a children's table and a high chair for little ones.

Coffee Bar with Keurig Single, Mr. Coffee Drip coffee maker, a complimentary supply of K-cup pods and everything you need to make your perfect cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Spices, condiments and snacks also provided.

The Family Room invites relaxation with a cozy, wood-burning fireplace (firewood and supplies provided), sofa and 50” TV as well as an adjoining bar area with sink and counter.

There is a toy alcove stocked with toys, books, crayons, paper and play kitchen for children of all ages.

Be sure to take a complimentary copy of Silly Stories written by our 10-year-old granddaughter, Matilda Lawson!

Along with central heating and air conditioning, we have various floor fans and floor heaters available for your comfort.

The large Primary Suite (upstairs) offers a King Bed, TV, ceiling fan, blackout drapes and a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

There are 3 additional bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (main floor)--King Bed, TV, ceiling fan, blackout drapes
Bedroom 2 (upstairs)--King Bed, TV, ceiling fan, computer desk/chair
Bedroom 3 (upstairs)--Triple Bed (bottom twin trundle, full bed and top twin) and youth bed, floor fan

Queen auto-blow-up air mattress and linens available. (Stored in the main floor bedroom closet).

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a TV, phone-charging outlets and 100% cotton linens for a restful night's sleep.

We have a port-a-crib and high chair available.

Three full bathrooms, each stocked with plenty of towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers making morning routines a breeze. All showers are equipped with water softening filters.

Step outside to the lovely fenced backyard that backs up to an elementary school. A gate under an ivy-covered archway allows access to the playground when school is not in session. There is a walkable track, large field and playground equipment.

Enjoy evenings on the patio with a BBQ, picnic table/bench, outdoor furniture and patio misters if it's extra hot.

Play pickleball just down the street at Friendship Park or golf at the award-winning Eagle Hills Golf Course across the street.
