Dutchies Beach Oasis is a charming, fully renovated beach house in Nelson Bay, minutes stroll to family friendly Dutchies Beach. A leisurely 10 minute walk into Nelson Bay’s CBD and delightful marina, or enjoy the paved waterfront pathway into Nelson Bay, where the kids can ride scooters with harbour views. With its four sumptuous bedrooms, four designer bathrooms, spacious open plan living area and outdoor zones this character filled coastal cottage effortlessly accommodates up to 10 guests (max eight adults). There is the beautiful azure blue swimming pool, where the family is sure to spend hours playing and relaxing. Dutchies Beach has calm harbour water, golden sands, gas BBQs, picnic tables, bathrooms and children’s play equipment.

Dutchies Beach Oasis ingenious floor plan allows guests plenty of dreamy spaces where guests can retreat for quiet relaxation as well as a multitude of spacious entertaining areas, both inside and out, where friends and family can congregate and come together to enjoy each others company and share holidays feasts.

The open plan living area exudes coastal character and looks over the pool, grassy garden, outdoor island with built-in BBQ, and large outdoor dining setting for poolside alfresco dining. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen, huge dining table and a plush lounge room with TV and an open fire place (winter).

The master bedroom opens onto a balcony, overlooks the pool and garden, with an ensuite, TV, and king bed. A cosy children's room adjoins the master bedroom and houses a bunk bed suitable for two children. The second bedroom with ensuite, opens onto the balcony and overlooks the pool. It features two long-single zip beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed upon request. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Separate from the main home is a detached studio, which has an ensuite, lounge, TV and two long-single beds which can make a king bed.

Dutchies Beach Oasis has a laundry with washer and dryer, off-street parking for one car as well as street parking, free WiFi, a bathtub, air-con in the main house and ceiling fans in all bedrooms (excl. bunk room). There are two outdoor showers (front and rear). Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds all made and towels provided for your bathrooms.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking;
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $1500 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

PARKING 3 cars maximum.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Reviewer Comments: Location - Awesome.Living Area - very clean and beautifully laid out, although half the shutters were broken.Kitchen - plenty of utensils, all clean and functional, a basic amenities like salt was not replenished.Bathrooms - very clean and supplied with bath towels, although the shower gel was not replenished.Bedrooms - clean and well laid out, although some of the shutters were broken in the main bedroom.Backyard & Pool - awesome, although the BBQ is perhaps past its use by date - quite grimy and oily.Aside from the broken shutters and few amenities needing replenishing, overall was an awesome property and i'd definitely go back.

    This house is amazing! So well equipped and such a great feel. You can imagine just moving in and never leaving. We had a group of 5 so each had our own space. Plenty of bathrooms and beds super comfy. Highly recommend.

Spacious house in good location (only a stroll to the water) with plenty of room for everyone. The only slight negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower located in the granny flat.

    Main living room TV not working properly, colour not showing red shades trying adjusting,TV just needs replacing.Cook top to slow to heat up, unable to cook for large family.Close dryer not working also needs replacing.Kitchen also Not very keen, also barbecue not clean.
