Stayed Mar 27, 2025I stayed here with a group of 10 people. It was a tiny bit tight (I'd recommend this house for 8 people) but had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The host was extremely responsive to our needs, and flexible with move-in move/out. They were a pleasure to work with.Location could not have been better - the neighborhood was quiet, yet the house is situated with very easy access to downtown Durham and to Duke University's East and West campuses.The house was clean when we arrived, and we made good use of the intimate living room, which had good seating space for our group to spend time together. Only good things to say about this listing.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We had a nice week in this lovely home. The house is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent: quiet, close to Duke campus, Co-op market, Isaac's Bagels, downtown. Ruby was very responsive. We would certainly stay here again.
