Stayed Apr 14, 2025We are pleased we booked this property for our week over Easter visiting family in Newcastle. It was a very convenient and easy drive up the motorway as the house is on the right side of Durham to get on the motorway. House was clean, modern and quiet. We used the very helpful washer/dryer when we stayed. The showers clean and powerful, the living room/lounge comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet and we weren't disturbed at all by others/traffic.Great off road parking next to the house.Check out at 11am was great.Durham is only a 5 minute drive away and we visited on the morning we left. We also used Deliveroo for Pizza Express whilst we were there and there was lots of food choices.Owners live next door and were lovely.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Nice, clean and 5 minutes driving away from downtown. Really enjoyed the generous space of the house, the backyard and the host who was extremely helpful. Parking space was a very good bonus for a town with no so much parking lots.
