Durango in-town home w/stunning Views from this 5 star customer rated home!

Exceeded our expectations! Great location, just minutes from shopping, restaurants, bars, etc.The property is up on a hill which gives great views and wildlife watching. The property is much larger than pictured with a master (king bed),secondly bedroom (2 twin beds), and large bathroom downstairs. The upstairs is the livingroom, kitchen, dining, full bath, and a queen bed for overflow guests.The place was spacious and well furnished.I would definitely recommend this property to families needing space and the close convenience of town.Happy Travels!!Nicole

All perfect! Location, house, easy access to downtown, river path, and nearby hikes. Communication with Carol was easy and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location with fantastic views. The house was very spacious and had all the amenities as if you were at home. Carol was invaluable and communicated effectively before we even arrived. I would recommend this house. It's close to everything.

The property was beautiful, and then we had a lot of wildlife come visit us. It was a stunning backdrop of the beautiful mountains and Green valleys. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with - highly recommend.

Carol and Larry are gracious, thoughtful and very considerate hosts. The view from their deck is amazing. If your looking for a place in Durango don't hesitate on this one.

I highly recommend this property if you are wanting to be in the Durango area. It is exactly as described. Its very clean and is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The location is great for enjoying activities around Durango. The hosts are responsive to any needs that come up. I would definitely stay here again.

Had plenty of room for our family and was in a perfect location!

The best vacation rental we have ever had. Super clean, centrally located to our activities, and the views on the upper deck were amazing. We were all sad to leave. The host was so kind, sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

We spent 8 days at the house with our 3 kids (6-12). The house was convenient to everything and the perfect amount of space for us. Carol was an excellent hostess. She even let us borrow a shovel so the kids could improve their snow fortress and snowman. We made dinner at the house most nights, but spent all day adventuring. We took the train to Cascade Canyon, visited Hot Springs Durango, went ice skating in Silverton, on a day adventure to Mesa Verde, ice fishing with Julien from Gofishdurango.com, and skiing in Purgatory. Our family tends to struggle with elevation, but we did fine in Durango.The area was beautiful and the house fit our needs perfectly.

We all had a wonderful time. Carol House was very nice and everything was as she said. We came for a white Christmas and Christmas day we got snow. So Beautiful here.

This place exceeded expectations! It was very spacious with a fantastic view. Durango was wonderful with lots to do. Would definitely come back.

This was a great property. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. We had air conditioning but never used it as there was a great breeze. The ice maker was great as we went on day trips and could take a small cooler with us. We had lots of deer around the house which were fun to watch. It couldn't have been much cleaner. There was road construction in front which caused some nouse and dust, but the work stopped at 5PM and weekends were quiet. This dhould be vompleted shortly. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We felt very comfortable and house had everything we needed. Carol came and checked to be sure everything was satisfactory.

My entire family rated this our best vacation ever. Carol and Larry the owners of the VRBO were amazing. Super nice. the house was clean, comfortable, just perfect. We had a family size of 5 and there was more than enough room. Beds were super comfortable. It felt like home. Carol is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. I hope we get to visit Durango every year at least once or twice. Our entire family would definitely recommend this VRBO and Colorado to anyone. Thank you Carol and Larry for an amazing stay. We appreciate all the eating and adventure recommendations and we loved your home. Also the views from this home were amazing. The location is two story and the second floor has a balcony/deck that had a view of the mountains, just glorious.

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The balcony and views are amazing. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive into town. The host is very nice and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!
