Duplex by park/springs/town with big private deck!

Close to everything. Loved the porch especially.

Good location for visiting Barton Springs and downtown. Clean and welcoming, very accommodating hosts, would stay again!

The place is ADORABLE and full of amenities. The hosts couldn't have been nicer. And the neighborhood is gorgeous and close to everything.

Austin was having rains storms and was cold. The house kept us warm and cozy. Plenty of lights and the sofas were very comfortable. We had family over with a two year old, she was completely contained in the living area and safe. Funny thing, those acorns falling on the roof gave us a start when they started falling on the metal roof. We also enjoyed the string of Christmas lights on the porch.

The house is great and comes equipped with everything you may need. It’s in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of Zilker Park. It also has a really nice deck where we spend a lot of our time. ?

I made a quick trip with my daughters before the holiday to show them around Austin and visit friends. This location was perfect to have them experience true Austin and have a middle ground between friends in S and N Austin. The property was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We had everything we needed and the hosts were accommodating and friendly. We’d book there again easily!

I loved this place. Easy access to Austin

My wife and I spent over 3 months at this rental. Overall I'd say we were mostly happy with our experience. There are many positives: cleanliness, location to Zilker Park and greenbelt, quiet neighborhood, tile/pergo floors, great light, decent price, comfy bed. My wife thought the couch was a little on the old side and the kitchen cabinets smelled musty, but nothing too detrimental. The other side of the duplex occasionally had noisy tenants since it was more of a weekend rental (bachelorette parties, etc.) The biggest issue we had was the owners had to repair the roof due to a leak in the other unit. This repair happened during SXSW, when it was either impossible or crazy expensive to rent another place. So for three days we had guys banging on the roof from 9am-7pm and ceiling dust falling over everything which meant each night we had to sweep and wipe down surfaces (beds, counters, cookware). The owners compensated us with a few extra days at the end of the rental, but it was a major disturbance that I wish could have been handled better. They were nice about everything else though and I was pretty happy with our stay.
