DUOMO LUXURY APARTMENT

This was ALL the things - beautiful, luxury, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms perfect for a family. We loved it and would ? stay there again. We were communicated with each promptly by the host, were put in touch with the property supervisor for anything we needed, including a driver to meet us to bring us from the train station. Seamless!

The ideal location of this luxury apartment made our trip to Orvieto a success. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was beautiful! My only complaint is bedding for the pull out couch was not provided even after I asked at check in. There is one flight of stairs to enter the building. There is a full bath up an half flight of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs with another full bath. (Adding for those with mobility issues) We traveled with my 87 year old grandmother and our two teens. There was plenty of space of all 5 of us.

The location and the views were extraordinary. Seeing the cathedral and plaza from our window in the quiet early morning as we listened to the bell tower was wonderful.

This apartment is beautifully renovated. Really, everything about it is perfect. It is ideally located in the Piazza del Duomo (with a nice view of the Duomo) and is very quiet. My bedroom faced away from the Duomo and I slept with the window open. We did not use the kitchen but it has modern appliances and a full compliment of accessories. Alessandro met us exactly on time to check us in. He gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and arranged a car to take us to the train station. He could not be nicer or easier to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was large, beautifully furnished, with a great historic feel. A fantastic location. We loved staying here, and would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Orvieto.

Amazing space and location, so unique. We wish we had more time city and area is really interesting. Need to come back to Italy just to visit this town again.

We had a great stay in Orvieto. We cannot imagine a better location with views of the Duomo and within walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants.

This location is beyond dreamy! The Duomo is out the windows and literally out the front door. The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Check in went smoothly. We went to Orvieto on a whim and it was a favorite!

This is a spacious, comfortable well-located apartment. Pricey but very comfortable and nicely furnished for two couples. Kitchen was not well equipped for extensive cooking but it met our basic needs. Host's agent was very responsive when we reported a broken shower head (replaced within an hour).

The apartment in Orvieto from a location perspective cannot be beat. Right next to the Duomo with views just outside the window are amazing. Each night the square come alive with families and friends meeting and enjoying life together. The apartment has all of the things that you need with exception of dish towels and a wine opener, but other than that everything taken care of…..especially the fans in all rooms which were needed on some of the hot summer nights. The apartment is as advertised and actually to us even prettier than the pictures. Check in and check out with Alessandro was easy, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend for your trip to Orvieto!
